You may notice a friendly neighborhood cat or two around the property — they belong to a neighbor and are well cared for, so there's no need to feed them or let them inside. Please keep doors and gates closed so they can continue safely roaming their own turf.
This home does not have garage access, but the driveway fits up to two vehicles for guest parking. Please note that per HOA rules, overnight street parking isn't permitted, so plan to keep both vehicles in the driveway overnight.
