If I could give it negative stars I would. We arrived at the hotel at 11:15 pm due to a late flight. Was told we couldnât check in because they run night audits from 11-2am.?? Was told our room was ready and they have the key but they couldnât give us a room until 2am and I had two kids in the car.They wouldnât even let us go to the room and wait. Another couple arrived at the same time and was told the same. I was told to go through Expedia for a refund. I called Expedia and they tried contacting the front desk while I was there but was told no one was answering. I told the clerk and she said she was just told that the phone line wasnât working for three days. Expedia couldnât refund until they verified with them and if I left without that they couldnât refund. So we couldnât have our room and there was no way to contact them to be verified. The clerk at the desk was nice and called her manager and put her on speaker with us and the other couple and she was completely RUDE and HATEFUL and wouldnât even let us talk and when we tried she would talk over us and yell. She didnât even apologize or try to help or offer anything to help just completely hateful and rude and extremely unprofessional . I felt sorry for the clerk because she wanted to help but was told we had to wait. The manager Lucy should NOT be a manager dealing with customers. The main boss made it right the next morning but sadly lost customers because of the manager an the unprofessional way of running a hotel.
