The Space:

➤ Please note: There's a designated rented area of the large backyard for RV and trailer storage. From time to time, RV and trailer owners may briefly access the storage area to move or retrieve their vehicles. These visits are infrequent, and whenever possible, we will notify guests in advance. This activity is limited to the storage area and should not impact your stay.Thank you for your understanding!

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Guests will have access to the entire home. Please make yourself at home. Please note that one closet is locked and reserved for owner storage. Everything else is available for your use and enjoyment.



➤ Parking: Free parking is available in the 2-car garage, 2-car driveway, and on the street, subject to local parking regulations.



➤ Please note that a few trailers and RVs are stored in the backyard and are not available for guest use. On rare occasions, with advance notice, someone may need to access the backyard to move one of the trailers or RVs.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a peaceful North Phoenix neighborhood, this spacious home is ideal for families and groups. You'll be close to shopping, restaurants, hiking trails, golf courses, and Scottsdale attractions while enjoying quick access to major highways for exploring everything the Valley has to offer.



Getting Around:

➜ Approximately 10 minutes to Desert Ridge Marketplace and High Street.

➜ Approximately 10 minutes to Mayo Clinic Phoenix.

➜ Approximately 15 minutes to Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons.

Other Things to Note:

➤ During the summer months, the thermostat is set to operate within a comfortable range of 70–82°F to ensure proper system performance and energy efficiency. Please note that opening doors and windows may make it difficult for the temperature to operate within this range. The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee temperatures outside this range or 100% system uptime, as frequent guest use may occasionally cause the system to require maintenance or repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any packages you order to the unit.



➤ Fireplaces are not functional and are for decorative purposes only.
