Unser Haus liegt in Gold Canyon, Arizona etwa 25 Minuten östlich von Tempe. Es ist an der Basis der Superstition Mountains. Das Haus RĂŒcken bis zu einer Wasch und der Superstition Golf und Country Club auf. Es gibt insgesamt 4 GolfplĂ€tze in der Gegend. Tonnen von Wanderwegen in der Nachbarschaft, einschließlich der berĂŒhmten Hieroglyphen Weg, der den Berg hinauf fĂŒhrt, wo Sie den perfekten Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten werde. Der Gemeinschaftspool und Whirlpool-Bereich ist 10 HĂ€user nach unten und eine schnelle und einfach zu Fuß. Es gibt einen Grillplatz am Pool auch, und es ist ein toller Ort zum AbhĂ€ngen. Oder sitzen auf dem Hinterhof und Blick auf die Berge ohne Nachbarn hinter dem Haus geben einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge. Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 3 Badezimmer und 3 Schlafzimmer. Es gibt auch einen Loft-Bereich mit einem Schreibtisch, der fĂŒr eine BĂŒroflĂ€che genutzt wird. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Höhle, die wir in ein Yoga / Fitness-Raum eingeschaltet haben.

Die KĂŒche ist mit KĂŒchengerĂ€ten aus Edelstahl, Granit und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was mĂŒssen Sie leckere Mahlzeiten zubereiten.

Das Haus ist komplett mit WLAN und einem Telefon verbunden ist, die in Nordamerika Aufruf ĂŒberall kostenlose Fern umfasst. Es gibt auch zwei Flachbild-Fernseher mit voller Kabel-Service.

Dieses Haus ist ein großartiger Ort fĂŒr andere TagesausflĂŒge zu anderen Zielen wie Las Vegas, Sedona, Grand Canyon oder Mexiko.

Great location and views of Superstition Mountains, community pool and hot tub were excellent, lots of hiking trails in the community and nearby. Close to Hwy 60 but not too close. Bashes groceries close by. Outdoor seating, grill and fire pit nice. Some furniture is beyond useful life and should be replaced.

We loved this house for it's view, location and quiet neighborhood. And of course, the community pool too. It's so great to have a whole house to enjoy. Stayed a month and coming back at least for the next 2 years! Thanks, Adam, for the responses to our questions.

Property owner has offered credit towards another stay when convenient, but no refund. Would have left a much better impression if a refund was given, based on VRBO's own "Strong Recommendation".

Our stay at Adam’s home was just about perfect. Except we didn’t have a cheese slicer. Ha! Enjoyed the community pool and hot tub. Enjoyed the view of Superstition Mountains. An awesome vacation in the Gold Canyon area.

Great location. Easy to find and access house. Adam was easy to communicate with and responsive. House was comfortable and roomy. The view of The Superstitions from the backyard lived up to the hype. Especially at sunset. Spent a lot of time on the back patio. Very nice neighborhood pool and hot tub. Great walking trails basically right outside the door. Would highly recommend.

Very nice property. Spacious. Felt right at home. Beds were comfortable. Adam was great to work with. Nice neighborhood. Only thing that surprised us compared to other VRBO's we've stayed at was there was no hand soap/shampoo/toilet paper, etc. Which wasn't a big deal. We just purchased some at the local supermarket for the kitchen and each bathroom. I probably missed it in the original listing. Other than that little wrinkle, it was a fantastic stay! Will be going there again without a doubt. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for four months, from November 2018 to March 2019 and even that wasn’t long enough to enjoy all of the amenities this beautiful home and amazing area has to offer. The house has everything needed to feel right at home and the location is perfect to watch the Superstitions as the back drop to the wildlife in the wash that it backs onto. The quiet community has nice trails to walk on, a pool and hot tub just down the street and a shopping centre only a short walk or drive away. We hiked, golfed, shopped and just relaxed in the yard watching that view, oh, that view! Adam was attentive, accommodating and a pleasure to interact with and made us feel welcomed as friends, not just guests. Believe it, all of the reviews are accurate and there’s not enough good to say about this home away from home. We are missing it already!

The owner, Adam, and property manager, Sherry, were very helpful in getting this property booked, ready, clean, comfortable, and available if any questions or concerns! The location was perfect for my son's rehearsal dinner at the GC golf resort and wedding at the Windmill Winery in Florence. Also, perfect for access to hiking in GC, Lost Dutchman, and Silly Mountain! The community pool was a short walk away, too! I highly recommend this property! Thank you, Adam and Sherry!!

My wife and I stayed at Adams home for the month of March 2017. We had just retired and were looking for a quiet place to relax. We couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations and the location of this house. When relaxing on the patio you get the feeling that you are alone with nature, yet you are only steps from all modern services and only minutes from malls , shopping and golf. We saw many different types of birds and animals each day, both in and outside the yard. The house is clean and well kept, and totally suited our needs. The owner was responsive before, during and after our stay. Above all, the views of the Superstition Mountain were outstanding. As the sun sets, you are treated to a different array of colors every five minutes. Truly beautiful and unique to this location. We would certainly stay here again, and hope to have that opportunity in the future. Kevin and Karen

Can can take numerous trails throughout this housing development with outstanding views of mountains. We walked to the grocery store almost everyday and enjoyed the outstanding view from the house of Superstition Mountains. House was bigger than we needed but was comfortable. We also enjoyed the heated community pool and hot tub.

We stayed in this perfect 3BR 3BA VRBO over Christmas holidays while visiting Phoenix-area family from overseas. We could not have been more thrilled with our choice! In fact after our 10-day stay at this property we rented an RV...and we found ourselves commenting over and over at how we wished we had just stayed here the whole time and made day trips or single-night trips out of this Gold Canyon house. With our two kids, this 3BR home fit us perfectly. The home is comfortably appointed with everything we needed to relax and feel at home. In fact one evening we hosted a family dinner for 18 people--with the seemingly endless bar and ample dining area, we easily fit everyone. One of the key features we sought and enjoyed about this home is the location--we were looking for something with privacy and an outdoorsy feel. From this house you can walk right out to trails to enjoy the Superstition Mountains--we saw deer, javalina, coyote, desert cottontail, Gambel's quail, cardinals, turtle doves, and more--amazing! Even with the outdoorsiness we were seeking, this home is so conveniently located - a walk to the grocery store, local eateries, or a short (and gorgeous) drive to all the services and conveniences of Mesa and Apache Junction, AZ. The landlord was so friendly, and has a wonderful and responsive property manager who handled everything for us prior to arrival, and also when we extended our stay an extra day. The home is perfectly kept and really, you just walk in and get right to the feeling of "living." With all the desert fun we were having, I must have done two loads of laundry a day, all easily handled by the washer and dryer. Absolutely everything we needed was all there. If you haven't tried VRBO, you should! VRBO is a million times better than a hotel room!

My co-workers and I stayed in this house for ~6 weeks while working out of Superior, Arizona. The home is well located with easy access off of US Highway 60. The grocery store and places to eat are conveniently located within 1 mile of the house. The fully furnished house had absolutely everything we needed and was a refreshing change of pace from the places we generally stay. The home was clean and well maintained, and the owner and the property manager were accessible and helpful when we had questions. I would certainly recommend this rental to anyone who is planning to work or play in/around Gold Canyon. This will definitely be the first place I look when I need to stay in the Superior/Gold Canyon area in the future.
