Great place, appreciated the little extra touches. One little complaint- the master bath sink never got hot water, and the shower took a long time to warm up.

Beth and John are awesome hosts, great communication. Their home was lovely, very comfortable, and very clean. We appreciated very much how the home was stocked with everyday essentials. The backyard and patio area was so peaceful, private, and relaxing. We would definitely rent this home again and hope we are able to in the future.

We had an amazing stay! The heated pool was great! We enjoyed watching football while relaxing in the pool! The grill was easy to use and worked great! The home was well stocked with everything you might need. John and Beth were great hosts and responded to questions quickly! We would definitely stay here again!

Never stayed at a nicer VRBO

By far this was a great place to stay. The house was very comfortable. Very clean, the amenities were way above average, the pool was great, just the right size. We would with out reservations stay there again. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VRBO.

Awesome!

Due to a flight delay we arrived late and were pleased to find snacks and water to hold us over until we could get to the store the next day. The house is perfect! Very clean! It has all the items you need to make your stay enjoyable. Lots of kitchenware, nice outdoor grill, and the pool was fantastic. We were able to take advantage of the pool while there and having it heated was just wonderful. The neighborhood was nice and had lots of walking paths and the area was convenient for shopping and restaurants. John and Beth checked in on us to see that all was well and that was appreciated. We will definitely come back!

Pick this house for your trip!

House was immaculate and had everything we needed. The outside area and pool are great. This is a perfect location for Spring Training or home base for your vacation. The local area has tons of shopping and restaurants. You’re close to the interstate if you want to get anywhere. The host checked in on us and addressed our questions in a timely manner. I already asked them if I could book the same week for the next five years! :-) You won’t be disappointed when you stay here. Bonus points for the LR couch and beds being extremely comfortable!

Best of the best

Outstanding home. Hosts are accommodating in every way possible. After a long day of travel, arrived to find cold water, coffee and a personalized basket. Not having to buy TP on vacation makes me happy! Think pre-Covid . Many helpful instructions. The pool was very enjoyable. Looking forward to next year!

Comfortable home in an excellent location

The area felt very safe. The home was very comfortable and well stocked. We biked in Sedona a number of days so the location of the home was perfect. The location to amenities like groceries, drug stores, etc was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular Experience

On a scale of 1-5, I’d rate our experience a 10! My sister, son, daughter and I headed to Surprise to visit my Aunt and Uncle and we couldn’t have been more impressed with both the property as well as the hosts. The house was very comfortable and “homey” including all of the beds, and contained a lot of amenities that made our stay even better. I can’t say enough about Beth and John as hosts! They were easy to work with prior to the stay, the information packet they sent right before our arrival made it super easy to access the house and know what to do. They stayed in touch during and after the trip. We will definitely be staying here again when we go back to visit.

Weekend getaway!

This is a wonderful property with an excellent host! The house was clean and stocked with everything you would need for a relaxing experience! The host communicated well and left directions throughout the house to accommodate everyone and make our stay enjoyable.

Perfect in every way!

We can’t explain how perfect this house was for our family! From the second we walked in, we felt at home. The home was perfectly clean, immaculately organized, stocked with everything we needed and More and was truly home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were stocked , the kitchen was great for cooking meals and the backyard was so entertaining for us parents and especially our small kids! We will definitely come back, cannot recommend this home enough!

You won't regret staying here! The best stay we have had at a VRBO!!

We had the best stay here! The pool and backyard were amazing, super clean plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. The kids had a blast with the yard games. The house is exactly as pictured and had everything down to the smallest detail to make our stay comfortable. Plenty of towels which is so rare, the tv's were easy to use and we didn't have to mess with our own logins to watch good tv. We felt at home and were so sad to leave. Beth was great to communicate with and had a binder/book with all the information you need to make it a perfect stay. We will definitely be staying here again and again!

A Little Piece of Paradise

Was visiting Arizona with my 2 sons to spend time with their Grandma and needed a 3 bedroom house with a pool. I looked at many other houses and read all the reviews and decided on Beth and John’s beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood in Surprise. Beth communicated before our stay, during our stay to be sure we were all situated and happy, and even texted me the day we were leaving to warn me about commute traffic. I can’t say enough about the house it was so clean and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable time. The kitchen is so well set up with everything a family would need to cook meals. The pool was clean and sparkly and the pool guy showed up to clean it. Bathrooms were spotless and had all the essentials. Everything worked great including the air conditioning with an automated system that kept it the perfect temperature inside. Beth and John have made their lovely home into a wonderful place for us to enjoy and I HIGHLY recommend this property to future renters. Thank you for making my mother/son trip so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and recommend this property to our friends and family.

Everything we needed and more

we really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close and convenient to everything in surprise Arizona. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The pool area saved us, because the weather was in the high 90s to 100 and it was also comfortable with all the chairs. And the covered table. If we come back to Phoenix, we would definitely look at this property again. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Thank you John and Beth for providing this with a great vacation home.
