The property was very clean and I have a hospitality background so i know. I enjoyed walking down to Lookout Mountain park and to the local coffee shop around the corner. We also enjoyed using the Nespresso machine. The only issue we had was with the door, but the host was responsive and helped get us in right away. We paid extra to heat the pool, but it still felt cold this time of year so we only went in once.

The house is modern and well equipped. We enjoyed the comfortable bed spacious living room. We moved some furniture to accommodate our own preferences, which the owner allows, and moved everything back to original place. There was only my wife and I so the house is very spacious. Easily enough room for 6 - 8. The neighborhood is very quiet especially in the evening. As an older couple, we appreciated that a great deal.

Our annual trip for the Suns Celtics Game was the best yet

Had an amazing stay with this host. Tim was very easily accessible and made everything effortless. The house was perfect with a beautiful back yard. We absolutely loved the practice green. I would recommend this house if you're with friends or family. 5 star host. 5 star house.

March Madness Fun

My family and I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners! The property was so clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed and it was all easy to find, as there were labels on things like the cabinets and the dishwasher. We went during March Madness so it was important for us to have a place with a heated pool, outdoor tv and outdoor activities to satisfy our three boys ages 14, 11 and 8. The pool was so clean and warm! We loved the putting green, ping pong table, corn hole, the fire place table and the lounge chairs! We were able to enjoy all of it while keeping an eye on the basketball games. The location was great; 30 min drive from the airport, 3 hours from the Grand Canyon and lots of hiking right in Phoenix. If you stay here be sure to check out Pop Stroke, that was a lot of fun too! The owners Tim and Ally were great, so easy to get a hold of and supplied us with complimentary disposable slippers and a bottle of wine!!!We stayed 4 nights but all felt we could have used one more day. We miss this place already! Thank you, Tim and Ally, for the great hospitality!

Wonderful house and location

This home was just like it presented on the site. Very well stocked and clean. Outdoor living space was a bonus with the tv, pool and golf green. My granddaughter especially appreciated the toys!! It was also convenient to have “pool essentials” provided. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Birthday Getaway!

I recently stayed in this lovely Arizona home for my birthday weekend. The house itself is clean, organized, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind and relax. The thoughtful amenities throughout the house made it feel like a home away from home—everything you could possibly need was readily available.The highlight for me was the amazing pool and backyard. The backyard area was peaceful and perfect for spending time outdoors. All in all, this house is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped retreat. Highly recommend!

The attention to details is very good. Every accessories you need is there for you. Very clean house. Communication is perfect with the hosts. We stayed 2 1/2 weeks and loved it! The pool, the putting green in the backyard are super nice. Many world class golf courses are 20 minutes away. Will be back !

Probably the nicest place we have ever stayed in Arizona. Amazingly clean and had everything we needed to make home made meals and relax out by the fire with friends and family. The host was fantastic at communicating with us and made everything super easy from start to finish!

We had a great week!

We loved the layout and how clean the house was!!! That’s huge for me and this house did not disappoint. They had lots of things that we needed for our stay in the kitchen already which we really liked (spices, oils, baggies, foil and such) also storage containers which worked well for our picnics out! Ally was super responsive and very helpful. A really great host! She’s thought of everything. The tv with fire in the back was one of our favorite relax spots at night. My daughter wants to re do her room to match her vacation house room! Beautiful! Things we didn’t like were the cameras (which are listed), we didn’t think this would be an issue but then felt odd. Recommendations: curtains or something to surround the outside couch area to help with chilly wind, a shower hose that comes down (for ease of bathing/ showering kids) . Overall, I loved this place! We traveled an hour away in different directions to make the most of our Arizona trip. It was perfectly located to allow to do that and be back every night for family time! It’s beautiful and the hosts are excellent. Thanks for our stay! Can’t wait to come back!

The home is nice and spacious very clean. Well put together thoughtful touches such as a bottle of My choice of wine upon check-in. Nice quiet neighborhood not too close to any main roads or airports very quiet, clean and comfortable. Many great restaurants close by you can’t beat it. I can’t wait to stay again. We stayed at this property in June 2024…good location on the north side of downtown Phoenix. Pool was great. Home was clean and amenities were nice. Could have used a few more coffee pods (we brought a few of our own)

The whole aesthetic of this property was exactly what our family vacation needed.
