The biggest problem was check-in. This was a short stay and goal was to enjoy as much as possible. But when we arrived a few minutes after 4pm check-in, the lockbox wouldn't open. We tried the code we were given and it didn't work. I proceeded to call all the numbers for the property, I didn't get a hold of anyone. It was a round-about electronic system from, I assume, the Vacasa rental company or whatever, but it was poorly run, and had to get Vrbo support, and FINALLY 2 hours later a gentleman called us. At that point, my 3 kids were very rambunctious and had to use the bathrooms. We had to go to the local Walmart to accommodate them, including one of my children has special needs and disability, so this was a lot more cumbersome than it had to be. So... I can't say I am happy with the stay. It wouldn't have mattered if it was a longer trip, but it wasn't, and the first day had a real dent in it. We asked for a partial refund but don't know if that will actually happen.
