This home is inviting as you pull up to it. It’s very clean and cozy. Makes you feel like you’re in your own home. The kitchen has a lot of appliances that you’d have in your own home. The pool/backyard and back patio are beautiful. We will stay here again. The hosts are very communicative as well.

This was a business trip for me. The hosts were very responsive when I had trouble unlocking the entrance door, which was my own fault for not following their instructions. Super clean and well stocked! I would highly recommend this property, especially for a small family. The pool area is beautiful!!

Everything was just as I expected, clean, well organized, well appointed in every aspect. Quiet and Relaxing

We were in town for a family event so didn't spend much time at the house, but I loved the home. It is nicely decorated, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. The host checked in on us when we arrived to find out if we needed anything and to make sure we knew they were available to contact at anytime, if we did. Which we greatly appreciated. We would stay there again.

This place is absolutely amazing!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here and it was perfect! The house is beautiful, the pool is so relaxing. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. We loved the location as well. The house is within walking distance from Safeway, Walgreens, McDonald’s, Taco Bell and more, but it also is removed from the business of Phoenix. We highly recommend staying here! Meg and Jay were great hosts and their him has everything you need for a great vacation. We will definitely be coming back:)

Our Oasis away from home!

We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it! The house was beautiful and suited our family perfectly. Spacious and relaxing. The pool and pool table were highlights. The kitchen was great for preparing meals for our group. If your looking to connect with family in some sunshine and beautiful surroundings, this is the place for you! All the stars!!

Tropical Paradise!!!

When my girlfriend and I decided to book a last minute vacation with our kids we were worried we wouldn't find any nice places to stay. Look no further!!!! This house is adorable!!! The perfect size for a small family of four or a larger group. The pool and backyard area was a huge hit with our teenage kids. Well maintained, beautifully decorated. I cannot say enough good things about this desert gem!! Book it and enjoy...you won't be disappointed!!!!

Spring Training Visit

Spent 5 days at this adorable home in Goodyear. We have been to Spring Training in the past, but haven’t stayed in Goodyear. This home is an adorable location with a grocery and, gas station and a couple of fast food and small restaurants near by. The home itself was nice. The only issue we had was the temp. The owner only has access to the nest thermometer. After 2 nights of getting hot (the bedrooms are much hotter than the living areas) I texted to ask if they could turn the ac back on. The ac was turned on but by 1 am the bedrooms were hot again.

My husband and I enjoyed our visit to Estrella Mountain. Meg was very accommodating and quick to reply when something came up. The house is located within walking distance to the grocery store, Starbuck’s, several places to eat and the North Lake.

Our host was very helpful and accommodating. The property was as nice as advertised. We enjoyed sitting outside by the pool listening to the birds and the waterfall. It was well maintained and had everything that we needed.We enjoyed the pool table although our play was extremely rusty! It’s also in a very nice neighborhood and close to stores, restaurants etc.

A Must Stay!!!

The house was absolutely wonderful! It is close to Glendale and Phoenix but still offers a secluded and quiet home base. It has a few options really close (Safeway is walkable) that make it really easy to stay in and relax by the BEAUTIFUL pool area. The beds were so comfortable and all the essentials were provided. Meg and Jay were great hosts and had great communication with us on our trip. They provided great ideas for fun activities and just did a great job of making us feel welcome in their beautiful home. Can't say enough about how wonderful it is!

The house is warm, inviting, and is fully stocked! We had a great time in this comfortable & beautiful furnished home. It was clean and the pool was so much fun for our young adults with us! They played basket ball, catch, and floated for hours! The pool table was fun for them in the evenings. We traveled to Phoenix, Scottsdale and Sedona from the house. Thank you for a wonderful home to stay and for memorable vacation!

Great place to stay

We had a great stay at this home. It was right out in the middle of where we needed to be and the home was beautiful home. Meg reached out to me before our visit with all of the information needed. The house was easy to access and we had a couple of times where we needed to get ahold of Meg and she was available right away. I would definitely stay there again. They are a supper host and you can tell that they take great pride in their home. Thank you

Relaxing getaway

Two couples spent a week here getting away from the snow. It’s a lovely home with everything we wanted. The weather wasn’t warm enough to go into the pool but we really enjoyed sitting beside it and eating our meals outdoors. The ponds and groceries were a nice little walking distance away. The home is in a clean, safe, quiet neighborhood that’s away from the hustle and bustle of “the city”. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing break and warm sunshine.

We just stayed here for a week to go to Spring Training. I was concerned with finding things to do since baseball had a lockout. The owner was great. She sent me some great suggestions of things to do nearby. The hose was the cleanest of any house I’ve ever stayed. It’s beautifully decorated and felt like home. We had 4 adults and two teens with us. It had plenty of space for us. The patio and pool areas were beautiful. Thank you for making our vacation great.

The minute you walk into the house you feel at home. The property owners are excellent to communicate with, would rate them 5/5. The only drawback was that the pool wasn’t heated . I would recommend this house for anyone. ❤️❤️❤️

Great Home

We stayed here for a week in January with our two kids as a getaway from the midwest cold. We really enjoyed our time at the house, it was very comfortable and we had everything we needed! The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet with a few amenities close by. The owners were super attentive and responsive to a few questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
