We had a great time at this house! Wanted to stay one more day. Pool is lovely. All game areas were fun. Beds were fairly comfortable—the one in the small bedroom was the least comfortable. A nicer couch on the patio would also be good. Noise on Shea is unfortunate for such a nice property. Kitchen was good. You all were very helpful with questions and pool temperature. We may come back some day. Thank you!

Booking, check in and check out were seamless. Location was perfect with superior access to shopping and restaurants. Outdoor amenities were incredible and the weather cooperated. Our family grilled, swam, played pickleball and used the hot tub daily. We love to cook when we’re together and the kitchen fell a bit short. Finish on the three skillets was peeling and dangerous. Cookware options were a small pot and no useful pans. We purchased a set of pots and pans. Knives were dull and useless and utensils were cheap plastic and old. Dishwasher was unsecured and fell out of the cabinetry when it was opened. Although spacious, the house could use a refresh. A grab bar in the primary shower would be a big plus. We would have preferred the “rules” book to be in a binder as in our past rentals. Walls/windows and doors had papers/instructions/warnings posted. That said, gathering together was our goal and Pickleball in Paradise proved a good space for us to celebrate together.

Our family had a great time at Pickleball Paradise. Had a couple of hiccups that were easily solved by very kind staff members. Kitchen could use medium size bowls and more dish towels. We would consider revisit ing when the weather is cooler.

Amazing Potential

The exterior of this property is absolutely amazing. The outdoor space was a huge highlight for our family—plenty of room to relax and play, and the kids had an incredible time. It's clear a lot of care went into creating a fun and beautiful outdoor experience, and for that, we’re truly grateful.Unfortunately, the interior didn’t live up to the same standard. There were several safety and maintenance issues, such as a disconnected dryer vent, exposed outlets (a serious concern with small children), and reversed water temperatures in the hallway bathroom, where turning on "cold" resulted in scalding hot water.The kitchen was not well-equipped for anyone planning to cook. The pots and pans were heavily worn, the knives were damaged and barely usable, and essentials like measuring cups and spoons were missing. There also weren’t enough beach towels to support a group of 8, and all the drinkware was plastic—no glass options at all.Communication with the property management company was a challenge. Responses were slow, and when we did get in touch, communication was difficult and unclear. The receipt provided was not itemized, and house instructions were inconsistent with the emailed ones (for example, trash pickup day).This home has amazing potential and a truly spectacular exterior, but it’s let down by poor property management and lack of attention to detail inside. With some improvements and better oversight, this could easily be a five-star stay.

Loved it!

This house was perfect and exactly as listed. We stayed with our 4 young kids and had the best time. The pool was the perfect temperature and my kids loved the waterside!At one point we noticed a lock was broken going to the pool and they were there within a few hours to fix it! Definitely recommend!

Fun Golf Trip

7 retired guys traveling to AZ for golf and Spring baseball. Great location for golf, baseball, and restaurants. We drew straws on the bunk beds. I lost. I’m 6’2” but fit well enough and so the bunk beds were good enough. Pool was semi-heated. Chilly unless in the heat if the day, but the hot tub is nearby to warm up. Figuring out the gas fire pit took two engineers and one pilot, but we eventually figured it out. I would definitely rent again.

Excellent property for extended

We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving with extended family including college age children. There was so much to do that we didn’t need to go anywhere. We especially enjoyed pickleball and taking long walks in the lovely neighborhood. Great house in a great location!

Not great.

The contact phone number doesn't work, but they do respond to email. Pickleball paddles with dry rot only made it a few hits. Two were replaced, but not before another one broke. You can't keep these things outside in a woven box, as they are currently being stored. Both of the arcade games are broken. One with an out-of-order sign, not disclosed in the listing. The other, only turns one way for Pac Man. When we told them about the games, they wanted us to make sure they were plugged in. Slide only works a few times a day. Random, you can’t control it. Chemicals in hot tub were so off, we had to skim the foam. Also, had to take the KT Tape from the previous people out. It was eventually cleaned and restored, but the pool guy only comes on Tuesday. Only one rack in the oven, took us hours to make pizzas for our group. Each morning at 7:30, the dishwasher turns on and floods. Had a gentleman out to repair the dishwasher, and he had been there before. He asked for a plumber. We were told someone would be out between 3-4, another dishwasher vendor, no one ever came. Pillows were filthy. Shower curtain is covered in rust. There are no dishes/ziplocks for storing leftovers. There is no spray to wipe counters or clean the floor after the dishwasher floods. There is one badminton racket. No shuttle cocks. There is one tennis racket. Way too expensive to be misrepresented with all the fun and games that don't work and issues listed here. We loved the pool.

Pickleball Paradise

Great location/property, only feedback I received from anyone who stayed there was the chlorine level seemed a bit high in the pool/hot tub. The people who used both all had the same feedback. I also couldn't find the garbage bags but that is not really a complaint! Great time and if the timing works we will try and rent the same place next year.

Great place for all ages

Had a bachelor party here where an epic pickleball tourney was the highlight. Pictures don't do the inside justice, it was nicer than expected. No issues with the neighbors, but we were respectful of the noise levels. Pros: Inside is nicer than expected, close to a Costco and other big box stores for cheaper bulk booze purchases. The pool and slide were fun even for adults The hot tub was clean chipping wedges, paddles etc were all provided TVs everywhere to watch big games Items were left on departure and the team mailed them back to us! Cons: The place initially REAKED of moldy towels. This could be a one-off, but it hurt the initial wow factor of the place. Hidden fees! (you will see other reviews with this too) for heating the pool it was $813 EXTRA in January for 3 nights. I knew there was an increased charge but the charge was BOTH the mandatory heating + the optional heating!

Fun for whole family!

This house was in such a great location and had so many fun activities, which was great for our group since we had a few young kids who needed naps it allowed the adults to still have fun while they napped! Great size house for 3 families with a bunk room for the kids. We loved having a heated pool and the kids loved the slide! Overall great experience and quick reply from the management company.

Christmas family reunion

We loved all the space the kids loved the pool, hot tub and pickle ball. It was nice to be able to go out to the arcade room or watch TV in other rooms in the evenings. We were sad that it rained and kept us inside.

Great house for friends trip

We really enjoyed this property for our larger friend group of 12 people. We really enjoyed the amenities of the pool, putting green, and pickleball court. Their were minor functional issues around the house with the water slide being out of use, door handle not working correctly, and loose hardware around the house, but these were minor issues. The A/C worked great during our visit which we were very thankful for. Could use a few more kitchen/cooking basics like spices, cookings oils, Saran Wrap/tinfoil. Overall, great stay and worked great for what we were looking for!
