This listing is for the Main House, sleeping up to 14 across 5 bedrooms. A separate casita on the same property sleeps up to 8 more and may be booked by another group during your stay — more on that below.

Out back, you and any other guests on the property share a backyard that rivals a high-end resort: custom landscaping and lighting, a waterfall cascading into the Heated Pebble-Tec pool, a jacuzzi, putting green, ping-pong table, BBQ grill, ladder ball, basketball, pickleball, and cornhole. Cool off in the shade under the waterfall, or rinse off at the outdoor shower. The covered travertine patio has plenty of seating out of the sun. The yard is lined with 76 orange and 5 grapefruit trees, with a picking station set up and ready to go — oranges are great for marmalade, grapefruits for eating or juicing.

Inside the main house, you'll find a wine bar upstairs and a full bar downstairs with a commercial ice maker for the hot days. The basement game room has 4 arcade machines (Golden Tee, Big Buck Hunter, Fast & Furious, and Street Fighter with 500+ games built in), a custom poker table that seats 10, and a large smart TV for sports or movie nights. The kitchen is built for a crowd: oversized fridge, gas cooktop, dual ovens, dual dishwashers, and seating for 27 in the dining room. Two 86" TVs anchor the main living room, with more large TVs in the bar and kitchen/dining area, and 55" smart TVs throughout the rest of the house. Mesh WiFi covers the whole home.

A note on the casita: A separate 2-bedroom casita on the property (not connected to the main house) can be booked independently by another group. When both are booked at once, the backyard, pool, and outdoor amenities are shared between both groups. If you'd prefer the entire property to yourselves, ask us about booking the whole villa (Main House + Casita, sleeps 22).
