Fantastic house for a large group with comfortable layout and the backyard felt like a mini resort. We had two kids with us, ages 10 and 12, and nobody ever felt bored. The pickle ball court was a huge hit and we could even play at night as the lights lit up the back area well. Location super convenient to the 101 and a straight shot over (under 10 min) to downtown Scottsdale. Located on a culdesac with sidewalks around so going on runs and strolls were great. The 101 highway can be heard when you’re in the backyard but you get used to it after a while and the awesomeness of the backyard made it totally okay. Also we loved the hot tub and outdoor couch and fire pit. It’s completely private in back and truly feels like your own private resort. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean roomy great response from hosts when had a problem with the shower. Would be nice to have a broom and kitchen dishrag. Overall a great stay. Great backyard.

Family Trip

This was the first time we rented a VRBO and it was awesome. The details of fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry made for a stress free trip. The pickle ball court that’s not shown on the photos we really enjoyed and was a great surprise. The communication with the management team was fast and helpful.The only thing that I would point out is the pool is not labeled for its depth and if you have little ones this should be known that the pool is deep 9’ at the one end.We would stay here again!

Great Scottsdale Experience

The home is in a great location that is quiet, yet very close to the popular areas of Scottsdale. The home is accurate from the pictures. It was very clean, and the backyard offers plenty of space to hang out and enjoy. The property manager was quick to respond.

Great backyard

Stayed at this house with 2 couples for a quick weekend trip. The pool and hot tub were great and the house had lots of space. The location required a rental car and/or use of Ubers to get around. The large outdoor table was unable to be used for meals outside as the chairs were all very unstable and the outside umbrella was quite unstable as the base was a bit small. Overall we were happy with the house and communication with the owners.

Something For Everyone

Lots of thoughtful details. Very well stocked. Amazing back yard. Warm Large pool. Hot Hot Tub. Central location. Good neighborhood. We bought lemonade from the neighborhood kids. 20 mins to Tempe. 15 mins to Chandler. 8 mins to Baschas and Fryes. Old Town close. Very GOOD communication.

Winter Family Getaway

As a couple of families escaping Michigan winters, we were looking for a place with outdoor amenities that was centrally located. This property appeared to have everything we were looking for and upon arrival it did not disappoint. The check in process was clear and easy, the home was clean with all necessary accommodations, and the location was perfect for experiencing everything Scottsdale had to offer. The host was accessible, checking in to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Great property...will definitely consider for future trips to the area.

Perfect Scottsdale Retreat

This property was as beautiful as listed and there weren't any negative surprises. The house is beautiful and spacious enough for multiple families. All amenities listed were present. The kitchen is excellent and has everything you need to cook and entertain. The yard is absolutely gorgeous and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice retreat for all of us. When we arrived, both were heated to the perfect temperature. The putting green and bocce court were a big hit with the kids and adults and the space was big enough for everyone to enjoy the gorgeous weather and beautiful Scottsdale nights. The location was prime to everything and pretty much everywhere we went was within 15 mins at most. The Coast to Cactus hosts were extremely responsive and were able to answer every question in a timely manner. The house was a crowd favorite and we would definitely rent again.

We had an awesome time in Scottsdale for my birthday getaway! The property was fully stocked with all the essentials and very clean and tidy upon our arrival. The backyard is AMAZING. Definitely a place I would suggest to others when planning a vacation to Scottsdale. This property location is centrally located to shopping/dining and also golf!

Bachelorette with 7 girlfriends

The property and experience blew us away! The check-in and check-out process was super simple. The property is even better in person! The backyard is absolutely amazing. All the amenities and games. We spent all our time by and in the pool during the days, and spent our evenings having dinner under the lights, and finishing off the evenings by the fire pit. The inside of the house is much larger than it appeared in the pictures and was very spacious with beautiful wooden floors throughout. Ubers to old town were only 7 minutes away, and the drive from the airport was ~20 minutes. Will be coming back to this property again for sure, and would highly recommend!!

A Scottsdale gem!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home for Spring Break! It was ideal for our family of four, but the house can definitely accommodate more people comfortably. The backyard is an oasis of fun! The pictures don't do it justice. Everything inside and outside of this home is very clean, updated and beautifully designed. This house has everything you need and more. The towels are fluffy and the beds and pillows are soft and comfy. A pleasant surprise for us was how closely it was located to the 101, which made getting around super easy. It is also closely located to a grocery store and Starbucks. Our only issue was the pool temperature. Despite the temperature set at 84, the pool temperature always hovered in the 70s which was disappointing to us given how hot it was during the day. We would have paid an extra fee to have the pool heater running continuously during our stay so we could have enjoyed it more. We did enjoy the hot tub, it was wonderful and big enough for all of us. We highly recommend this home and we would definitely stay here again!!

Great location, great back yard!

Overall we had a great experience! Had a couple issues with check in and our code not working, but within 15 min we were able to get ahold of someone and got in. The house was well Equipped and comfortable. Only negative issues would be the hot tub was very dirty and not usueable, and the ac struggles in the evenings but the rooms do all have fans. Other than the hot tub the back yard was amazing.

Fist class all the way!

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The house was amazing, even better than the pictures show. The location was perfect: close to DT Scottsdale, convenient access to highway so easy to get to golf courses and other areas, but nestled within a private, quiet neighborhood. Peter was communicative and helpful every step of the way. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great Getaway Hub

Our group of 5 women had a great time at this adorable home. We left the house only twice: once for a walk, and once for dinner. Otherwise, we enjoyed every area of the home at one point or another. It did not disappoint and the backyard was an incredible setting for us, day or night. The home website you get access to for check-in was very helpful and professional. I loved that! It includes plenty of information about local activities and dining too. I never found instructions on pool heating so I'm wondering if it works automatically but the pool was very cold the whole trip. It didn't hamper our trip so we didn't pursue it with the owner but I'm sure they would have helped us. The house does "talk" at night a bit (some creaking and pipe sounds), which may be a winter only thing. It certainly wouldn't keep me from coming back and I wore my earplugs to block the sounds out. But could be good to know for light sleepers. I would surely stay here again and we all loved the decor of the home!
