Just ok
Property was decent. Unit was fairly clean. All furniture was IKEA so if you’re not petite nothing will be comfortable for you. Bed was very uncomfortable. We had a very short stay in Tempe to tour ASU and planned to spend a couple days at the pool. The pool ended up being closed for both days so we had to spend extra money to get a day pass somewhere else. I asked for batteries for the TV remote and never received any, and it was a set that didn’t have any controls on it so we couldn’t use it at all. There was no hair dryer in the unit even though it clearly says under Bathroom Amenities that there is one. I tried to remedy these things thru messaging but after many messages realized I was messaging with a bot and nothing was resolved. No kitchen towels were provided. Not even 1 extra towel or washcloth in the bathroom. And literally 1 roll of toilet paper. You can hear a mosquito fart outside so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. So it’s decent and reasonably priced but don’t expect much.
