The house provided what we needed. Our main goal was to have a pool and when initially looking we were set on a heated pool but thankfully with the warmer winter, it was not necessary to have it heated. There was a hot tub on property also but it did not work while we were there. I tried emailing asking questions prior to getting there but communications were few and far between and often times didn't answer the question. My opinion is that booking through Vrbo but really having the listing through Evolve is where the confusion came in. The location was a highlight for us as the neighborhood was very friendly and offered an amazing walking path.

We enjoyed this prooerty very much. The neighbourhood is lovely and walking the nearby trails is wonderful. The house itself is fully equipped and very comfortable. It is also located very conveniently to all conveniences (groceries, shopping, gas etc). The backyard is beautiful with the pool, hot-tub and seating areas. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again.

Loved everything. Such a great setup. Loved the dog area that had the dog door to it. One thing of note: Even though it is advertised as a heated pool rental-that is an extra charge. We did not realize this u til we read the book at the rental. We ended up too busy with wedding things to bother with swimming anyway.

I reserved this unit at the last minute while traveling with my partner, our kids and multiple pets. It was an amazing trip but we had to stay in separate hotel rooms, and traveled in separate vehicles the whole time and it caused our family vacation to be a bit more isolated than we had wanted. Then the move in date for our furniture to arrive (we were moving from Michigan to Arizona) was delayed and there was issues with the water and gas getting connected. Then the fridge wasn't working and we just needed someplace to stay while things came together where we could relax and regroup as a family unit. This rental was perfect! Thank you so much for the amazing stay :)

The host was great. Came over right away too help us with something. House was very open and roomy. I loved all the seating outside in the backyard by the pool and and the patio. Lots of great coffee in the kitchen.

This location worked great for a long weekend getaway we had with a few members of our family. The kitchen seemed to have everything we need for standard cooking (we mostly just had breakfasts there). The living room space is large and provided lots of area for us all to interact without being on-top of each other. The basketball pop-a-shot was lots of fun for my kiddos, and the parks very close nearby were great. I thought the beds were comfortable as well.

Great location and home

We stayed here for 3 nights in May of 2025. We found the house to be exactly what was advertised. The host was great to work with. We paid to have to pool heated and it was and was perfect as it was windy during our stay. We had a couple questions when we first got there and the host was quick to respond and get us the information we requested. The house was clean had mostly everything we needed. We had our dog with us and we loved that it’s is a safe neighborhood with plenty of areas to go walk him that had grass and shade. It was close to lots of shopping and dining as well. The neighbors are quiet as well so that was nice when out around the pool and we loved seeing the fighter planes from Luke AFB when they were flying. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!! We had no issues and found it to be clean and well cared for.

Spring Training

Home is close to the spring training site for the Texas Rangers. Plenty of restaurants and businesses are within minutes. Been staying here and will always try in the future!

This stay fell a bit short of what we expect from VRBO

We have stayed at many properties, and I have never felt the need to leave a negative review, until now. The first day of our stay we discovered that we had no hot water. I immediately called Jennifer, the house manager, and luckily we had men with us who could figure out how to re-start the hot water heater. Jennifer advised that it was brand new and didn't know why it wasn't working. She advised us to re-start it if it went out again. It went out EVERY SINGLE DAY of our stay. Between my husband and brother in law, they had to re-light the pilot and restart the hot water heater every day. I did advise Jennifer of this by calling her three more times and she said a new one was coming on Saturday, the day we were leaving. This should have been remedied immediately. We also had issues with heat for the hot tub. When you pay an additional 403.00 for pool and hot tub heat for one week, you expect heat. Jennifer had us drain and re-fill the hot tub. Again, we don't mind helping out but we were on vacation, and shouldn't have been required to take care of these things. Jennifer finally came to the house and re-set the hot tub heat on Wednesday so it worked for us for three days. The house itself is pretty but the essentials were pretty skimpy.

Lovely home! Great neighborhood!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The only drawback was the cost to heat the pool (which must be paid for the entire stay). Suggestion would be to provide a solar coverl to help warm it without cost. Otherwise the property was perfect for us!

Perfect for us

We met here for Christmas. The home is well stocked for making meals, plenty of towels, dishes. Meant of privacy in a really nice neighborhood. There was even coffee waiting there for us. We would stay here again with no hesitation. There was dishwasher soap, laundry soap, hand soap, paper towels. All of the essentials. It was so nice to spend time with family and not have to spend our time shopping! We had plenty of time for lounging in the pool!

very nice

Loved the stay and would do it again. Only a couple minor issues with privacy, blinds on back sliding door to outside and pool heating fee. The place was clean and homey and had all the amenities we needed/wanted.

Great neighborhood, great proximity for Spring Training… everything we needed - beautiful house and yard. Great area for walking… would stay again, no question.
