Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home during their stay, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, backyard, pool, patio, and grill.



Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway, with additional street parking where permitted.



Self check-in is available using a secure door code provided before arrival.

Driveway parking is available for up to two vehicles, with additional street parking where permitted.



Other Things to Note:

Pool:

The private pool is not heated.



The pool does not have a separate safety fence or barrier. Door and window alarms are installed for added safety. Children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times while outdoors and should never be left unattended near the pool.



Pool service takes place every Saturday. A service technician may briefly access the backyard during your stay.



Pets:

Pets are allowed with prior notice and approval. A $79 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet. All pets must be disclosed before arrival.



Propane:

We do our best to ensure propane is available for amenities that require it. If a tank runs out during your stay, please let us know and we'll help arrange a replacement. If you need propane immediately, you may exchange the tank locally and submit the receipt for reimbursement.



Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:

Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on the reservation schedule and are subject to an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to check availability.



House Rules:

No parties or events.

No smoking inside the home.

Please respect occupancy, parking, and neighborhood noise limits.



Exterior security cameras are located at property entry points for security, occupancy verification, and emergencies only. There are no cameras inside the home.
