Brought family down to visit and stayed in late March. House is a great size with plenty of room. Everything was clean and more than met expectations. Great downstairs area that is not common either. Great host as well.

Great place for a group of guys
Stayed at this property on a golf trip with 8 guys (all 50+ yrs). The home was adequately equipped throughout. Hot tub was clean and functioning nicely, large couch in living area was comfortable for all of us, kitchen and refrigerator space was large enough for our group, enough bathrooms to service the group. Most importantly to us, only two guys had to share a room, the other 6 had their own rooms (and there is additional bed space). Jerry the owner was responsive to any questions we had. We have stayed in several other VRBO homes and this was the best layout for our group that we have had, will definitely try to stay here again.

Wonderful family holiday
We met here as a family of 19. We were very pleased with everything. Was very pleasant to deal with Jerry, our host. He was very prompt with answering any of our questions and made sure we were well looked after. A huge thanks to Jerry for making our holiday such a success. The house accommodated our family very well with ample room , comfortable beds , clean rooms and lovely decor. The children especially loved the heated pool and the adults made good use of the hot tub. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping centers and lots of good eating places near by. 10 minutes from the Mesa airport. We enjoyed every minute!

What a perfect house for a group! We couldn't believe how big it was! It was very clean, had great indoor and outdoor kitchens. It was a perfect gathering spot, and Jerry was fast to respond to questions. LOVED IT!

We had a wonderful time gathering with our family of 4 generations, including my 83 year old mother. 12-14 stayed comfortably in the home, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very clean. Several enjoyed using the Wii and other video games in the basement. We also enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. One of the bedrooms had bedding that was stained/shabby, should be replaced, and we could have used more blankets. Jerry was very responsive when we reached out to him. After the first night when we found several top sheets missing from the beds, he got the housecleaner to come and put them on the next day, which was very helpful.

We had families from Mesa and others from Tennessee and Texas. A highlight for the kids was the heated pool and hot tub. The BBQ area was great for a crowd. Jerry was very responsive and easy to contact.

This home is very big, clean, and well-equipped. Our large family had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Jerry was extremely helpful and responsive. The backyard is beautiful and everyone loved the heated pool. We would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Excellent place for a large group
We needed a large place to stay for people coming out of town for a wedding. We had over 20 people staying at the house and we never felt on top of each other. Having 4.5 bathrooms was perfect such a large group. Jerry was great to work with... everything went smooth. We paid to heat the pool considering it was November and were very happy we did. The backyard is very private. You won't be disappointed with this home!

Wow! Great rental!
Another review said it best: the house is bigger than it sounds & looks! PLENTY of space for 15 of our family which stayed. (4 FULL bathrooms & a half bath meant no waiting for anyone….haha) No one felt crowded or that they were being space invaders to others. Lol! The backyard was very spacious with plenty of room for a large family bbq. We had what seemed to be an issue with the dishwasher and Jerry immediately reached out. (It was operator error….not the dishwasher itself - lol!) Definitely would consider staying here again if we had a large group and definitely recommend Jerry’s home for others!

The whole family fits!
Each group of our extended family found their own comfortable rooms and bathrooms without any complaints. Clean and comfortable beds with separate bathrooms for all! The photos do not show how spacious this house truely is. Kids found their space to game and play without adults, dads conversed BBQ-side, moms sat around the bar in the kitchen, teens splashed in the cozy pool. Lots of small appliances (crock-pots, blenders, coffee makers, etc.) and kitchenware available, all in working order. Jerry responded quickly any time we had a question. Couldn't have had a better vacation and this house was perfect. We can't wait to return.

Great house with plenty of room for family get together. Very quiet area that is also close to everything needed - mall, restaurants, Costco . Pool was very clean. Great house and good times overall
Very nice place. Fantastic back yard. Overall everything was pretty good. Few typical things that were not great like amount of towels, lack of garbage bags, no shampoo or bath soaps, the downstairs TV didn't work properly, ping pong table was not put together, the pool waterfall and pool lights were not operable as advertised. Just lots of little things but would recommend besides those. Thanks!

Hello Thomas and thanks for the review, any items you felt were not sufficiently provided could have been resolved with a phone call, as you can see from my reviews I'm very responsive but had no idea you needed something. The pool light and fountain are controlled by remote so you have to let me know you want them on (as the house instructions state) the TV downstairs was tested today and was on the wrong input, the ping pong table is designed to be in 2 pieces and connects in 10 seconds (this is to save room for storage). Fantastic property for a large group
17 of us stayed for a girls weekend. It was well equipped had lots of amenities and everybody got a good bed to sleep in. The backyard is beautiful and the location is closest to tons of amenities. Highly recommend!

We stayed in this gorgeous VRBO with our wedding party and their significant others - and some with kids - for a few days, and it was perfect for what we needed! Great Fit
Just spent a week with six other guys on our annual spring training trip. This house could not have worked out better! Everyone had their own bedroom; each one comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Outside area was great with heated pool and hot tub. We requested a TV outside and the owner made that happen. Super clean house in excellent location
We have an annual reunion and booked this house for a long weekend. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and there is plenty of outdoor space to hang out and visit. The living room has a huge comfy couch and there is plenty of seating in the kitchen area. The beds were comfortable and the whole house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again!

Great space for large groups BUT…
If you are looking for a house that accommodates large groups, this house is great. I hate to give a bad review because the home owner responded quickly to my messages. But the house was NOT clean. There were crumbs on every surface in the kitchen. You could write your name in the dust around the TV. The pantry with the small appliances and garbage cans in it was gross. And there were no towels in the kitchen or bathrooms. We had to go on a search and found them all in the laundry room. Not a huge deal, just wish we would’ve know that. Beds had no mattress pads, just waterproof vinyl under the fitted sheets. Not comfortable at all. And there was NO HEATER in the house! You may think the AZ desert doesn’t get cold, but we were freezing in the middle of the night. Luckily, we found some blankets for the following night. To get into the house was very cumbersome. There was a lockbox with a key inside it instead of a touchpad/lock. With a large group it’s easy to misplace the key. The price was very steep for the level of comfort and cleanliness. This would be an awesome house if they get new cleaners. I will not stay here again.

Wow!!! You mention how responsive I was however not once reached out to give me an opportunity to fix your concerns and instead chose to leave them here, very disappointing. Of course my home has heaters, all you have to do is adjust the thermostats on the wall. Sorry you found the lockbox so difficult and had such a hard time finding the towels in the laundry room, it's really hard to tell who is going to use how many towels so we leave that up to the guest. All comments about the beds have been 100% positive not 1 single complaint. I will certainly address the crumb and dust issue with my housekeepers. **FUTURE GUESTS, please read the close to 200 FIVE star reviews, clearly there is a substantial difference of opinion compared to this 1 guest. THANK YOU!!!

Best wedding week ever
We booked Jerry’s property for our wedding week since we had so many people coming from out of state - it comfortably fit 28 people with all the beds and the extra beds as well. Albeit it was like trying to herd cats with all our late 20 something friends with trying to make sure they follow the rules (the HOA parking rule is VERY strict, PLEASE BE AWARE) - Jerry was so kind, understanding, and a wonderful host who was openly communicative with us. The backyard is so beautiful, we hosted our wedding rehearsal there, and the large living room was a great place to have our movie nights. The beds are super comfortable, we ended up figuring out what sheets they used because we wanted to buy them for ourselves 😂 Honestly, 10/10 stay, if our friends ever come back again in town we will totally book this again. Perfect house and location
We had 15 family members fly in from across the country for a Celebration of Life weekend. Jerry’s place was perfect. Everyone had there own rooms and we had beds to spare. When you walk into the house you are greeted with a huge open space area that looks out to a large patio and Pool. Grocery stores are 1.5 miles away and lots of restaurants and shopping. I’d highly recommend this property for groups of any size.
