What an amazing complex with beautiful surroundings and a wide range of activities. However, there are also some downsides. The distances within the resort and the reliance on buggy service can be a bit stressful, as it often involves waiting and can be time-consuming.
The spa is a wonderful place, very relaxing and comfortable. The service is excellent, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.
The spa operating hours (10:00–19:00) can be challenging, especially for guests in Eden treatment villas where massages are included per night per person. It requires careful planning in advance and is difficult to fit into daily plans spontaneously.
Overall, the service is excellent and the staff are very kind and attentive. The hospitality is outstanding. However, in terms of cleaning, food quality, and some smaller details, there is still room for improvement for a 5-star resort in this price range.
That said, thanks to the excellent support from Ms. Vi, we still had a great experience overall, which is why we ultimately decided to give 5 stars.
