« Apartment was great, very nice. There was 3 beds we only used one but it was very comfortable. Host communicated very quickly and was very helpful. Only downfall was the upstairs tenants jumped and ran all night till about 3am so being up late and checking out at 10am was not fun, but Tom was great and apartment was clean. « Great stay in Pinehurst. This condo is very close to the village, the Golf Hall of Fame and the pro shop. Very festive at Christmastime. No really good place to walk the dog as there aren't any sidewalks but the streets aren't that busy. Barbra gave us perfect directions to the condo. Don't miss breakfast across the street at the Pinehurst Track. Small town and friendly. We're looking forward to returning to play golf. »

The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating. "Hotel ideally located if you want to go to the convention center. All things considered, this hotel isn't so bad. I was very disappointed with the hotel, especially on my return trip, which I had booked through Hotels.com. When I got back to France, I noticed that €25 had been charged to my account in addition to the advance payment I had already made at the time of booking. When I checked out, I wasn’t told anything about this invoice other than that an email would be sent to the address I had provided at the time of booking. Back in France, I hadn’t received any message and discovered this €25 charge on my account. I therefore tried to contact the hotel to receive an invoice for this amount. The hotel representative I spoke with, who was very unfriendly, refused to address the issue and referred me to Expedia without explaining the reason for this charge, telling me to contact Expedia for an explanation and to receive the invoice—which is inappropriate and unacceptable given the situation. I find this very dishonest and am losing confidence in Sheraton and Hotels.com! "
