„This is a little studio apartment in a ground-level basement in Chapel Hill. You have your own rear entrance, spacious parking, large outdoor seating area, and absolute peace and quiet in the forest. The house and entire neighborhood is very pretty and just a scenic, 10-minute drive from the center of Chape Hill. This rental was clean, fairly priced, and the perfect place to stay for a week-- highly recommend!“

„This tiny house is lovely and does not feel tiny. The layout is smart…feels very spacious. It has more than enough room for 2-4 people. It is decorated very tastefully and is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is pretty large, the neighborhood is quiet other than a nearby train track. The house is well built and insulated so you really don’t hear much noise inside. I highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again if we come back to Durham!“
