My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights.The condo is one of the cleanest we have stayed at.The host does everything he can to accommodate your needs.Its in a great location to about anything u would need.I would definitely recommend this condo to couples and families as it can accommodate both.My husband and I will definitely be staying again.

The room was very well maintained and the upgraded throughout were very nice. Bathroom was especially nice with a high end finishes. The location was in the perfect spot and very close to restaurants, shopping, and the national park. Very happy with our stay and would recommend this to anyone looking to visit the area. The owner was also very responsive and gave his cell number in case of any issues during our stay.

This condo was not only beautiful and taken care of on the inside, but also on the outside. It was in a great location along with pools, cornhole and many other activities to do. Ripken Experience Trip

The condo complex was clean and well maintained. Tons of parking and open space. The condo was larger than we expected, great location, the bunk beds and master bed were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Would definitely stay here again. A 7 minute drive to both parks Ripken uses.

We had a most enjoyable stay at Scott's condo. The decor was very nice with a bear motif. Very clean & well equipped. It was so peaceful & quiet after being out & about . We would certainly stay there again when in Pigeon Forge.

Great getaway condo!

We have stayed at this condo several times and have never been disappointed. It is decorated beautifully and has awesome views of the mountains. It is located in the back of the complex and the patio faces the mountains. So relaxing in the afternoons. You can hear the Dollywood train blowing its whistle. Scott is easy to contact and is willing to always help if any problems arise. We highly recommend this condo for a relaxing getaway.

Fantastic!

We have stayed in other units at Mountain View and all of them were great but this one is by far our favorite, we stayed all week celebrating our 15th anniversary. It’s a great location, right off the parkway but tucked away in the peace and quiet of the mountains which makes the balcony a great place to sit and unwind. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfy, the large custom shower was awesome, and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner was readily available if needed and great to work with. I highly recommend this condo, you won’t be disappointed !

Weekend Getaway

We took the weekend to get away and attend a conference. We have stayed in Mountain View Condos before, but this was our first time staying in Building 5 in this rental. The overall place was very clean, and it was beautifully decorated! We will definitely look forward to staying here again!

Great place to stay! Owner was very helpful and answered promptly to questions asked. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Location was great! Loves the Bear theme!!

Loved the Bear theme of the room!!! The balcony was very nice and view was pretty good not that the view was bad I just like an extra good view, but this is totally a personal preference kind of thing The room is very well stocked and the tile work is very nice!! The bed was very comfy and there are bedding/pillow extras if needed. Living room furniture is nice too. There’s definitely been some money put into this condo. Scott was GREAT to work with and actually called us on our way up and was SOOO friendly!!! The location is good and easy to move around the property. The outside areas of the Mountain View condos is very kid friendly and the swings etc are a very nice option.

When we arrived I notified host of problem with the rug in dining room which became a tripping hazard. And I proceed to trip over all weekend. The rug going out on the patio also had the serging was frayed. The master bathroom sink will not drain properly. This property is still a good clean condo for the rent. I would stay there again just get rid of rug!,,

Short Vacation

Nice size condo. Very clean. Large bath with double vanity with great towels. Now the problems
.Pillows need to be replaced. Couldn’t find the iron. Rug under dining table curled up on end. Tripped on it so we put a bar stool on that end. No tissues in bathroom.Overall we will be back on our next trip to the area.
