This cabin was perfect for our trip! We were in town as a group for a trade show and we absolutely loved our stay. The cabin was clean, the rooms were perfect, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and the cabin had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We will definitely be looking to book again next year!

Amenities broken

Host knew the washer and dryer was not working before we got there but did not fix or replace. Was told the washer dryer would be replaced on day 3 but then on day 3 learned it would not be replaced. The grill was also broken when we got there, had a sign on it, do not use. Did not have the grill for a couple of days. The host said the grill would be replaced in the morning, when we got home in the late afternoon the maintenance guy was there to replace, couldn't use it that day or night again, new grill was missing a part so he had to leave and get another one. He spent several hours at the house with us on our vacation. The fan on the porch did not work so when we finally could grill the porch filled with smoke and set the fire alarm off.The place needs a deep clean.The a/c upstairs could not handle the size and heat of the south, 2 rooms upstairs were close to 80 at night and it said call for service. I turned it off for 30 min and then it was able to run again. When I was out I was asked to send pictures of the thermostats before sending someone to look at it, we were at the laundromat because the washer dryer was broken, so I couldn't send pics. Was told to close blinds and shades, a few windows did not have blinds to close to help with heat.Was told we would get a refund but the email did not say how much. I had to ask the amount and the initial offer for the inconvenience was insulting. The second offer was also insulting.
Smoke filled patio when grilling because ceiling fan does not work, set off fire alarm
Sign on grill, do not use when we went to use it, host put sign on it but did not replace before we arrived and only until we called
Spent some time at laundromat during vacation because the washer dryer was broken not replaced, host knew of the problem before we arrived
Inside of the Laundromat instead of ziplining with the rest of family.

We did enjoy the house, location was great,loved that each had there own bathroom, pool and ping pong was great..The kitchen ..no big kettle..they brought us a nice big one.much appreciated..2 coffee pots was great,however not the right filters and a little on small side.. grounds in our coffee..In bathroom.. definitely bars are needed..older people it’s dangerous.. tubs a little slick..floor vents really need attention.. some very dirty..Kitchen..plates,cups, bowls etc..very adequate.. overall we had a great time..

Beautiful Property

This property is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. Communication with the owners was 100/10. I gave it overall a 4/5, only because of the smell of the water. When showering or washing dishes, it really stunk. That was the only downfall.

Business Trip 2024

The cabin was large with a bathroom in each bedroom. It was kept very clean. The road to the cabin was paved and easy to drive on. The cabin does have a gas grill on the back deck which we made good use of. The property management was responsive to all inquiries.

Tennessee vacation

Loved the layout of the house.There was no space to put non refrigerated food. I would recommend putting shelves between the stair railing and refrigerator. Had an issue with mice. All in all We would stay here again. The children had fun playing in the creek. We had visits from a black bear raiding garbage cans. We reported this and they responded immediately. Putting new locks on the garbage cans.There are so many things to do.we didn’t have enough time to do everything in our week. We will be back!

Good times, good choice

Please note slippery bathtubs are dangerous. Grab bars would be excellent addition. Need signage not to put food down kitchen sink drains...no disposal. Adequate stocked kitchen. Good seating comfort. Loved ping pong and pool tables, and having the grill. Was comfortable, and quiet area. Thank you !

Beautiful Getaway!

This cabin was amazing! Exactly as described and fit our group of 15 perfectly. Loved that everyone had their own bathroom, and the hot tub was amazing. The grandkids (and kids) loved playing in the creek! Close to all attractions - we would definitely book again!!

Great for couples and extended families

The house was great each bedroom has it's own bath, which each family really appreciated. We had a couple maintenance issues during our stay that were handled promptly. The creek is about 5 feet from the deck and the kids had a blast throwing rocks, skipping stones and wading. The only drawback was the beds were not comfortable, almost everyone had a backache by the end of the week. Would have probably been ok for a night or two, but for a week, it took its toll. If you're spoiled by high end mattresses at home, this might be a pain for you.

Very Nice

The Property was very nice. We only have two complaints. The bathroom could have been a lot cleaner. The bathroom on the first floor that had the porch, the bathroom had a clog of blonde hair in the bathtub drain. The six outdoor chairs were very dirty and filthy (I have pictures). That is our only complaint. We did have a hard time with the door combination, our neighbor came over, after a few tries he was able to get the door unlock. P.S. we didn't have any communication with the Property Manager.

The perfect spot

This cabin was absolutely perfect! Plenty of space for everyone. The location is ideal with quick access to Pigeon Forge and easy to jump on the Bypass and come in the far end of Gatlinburg (much quicker!). Kitchen was well appointed. Property manager was quick to offer assistance and response time was great when we needed an extra trash pickup. We would definitely book here again! Thanks for everything - you made our Thanksgiving holiday extra special!

Prime location in between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg

Great location to shopping, attractions, & restaurants! House was very clean but all the showers/tubs were slippery which we believe that was from the well water that initially had a sulfur smell to but it resolved after we ran it a minute. Would stay there again! HIGHLY recommend locks on the outdoor trash compartment because 5 bears had a field day with the neighbors trash. They’ve figured out how to lift the lids on them.

Annual Family Mountain Trip

Our large family has been coming to the Mountains for over 20 years in the Fall, stayed in all different cabins and locations. This was one of our favorites for accommodations and location. Highly recommend!

Convenient Cabin for a Family Getaway

We arrived on a Sunday in the busiest part of the day wholeheartedly expecting the difficulty that goes along with that, to our surprise, we were welcomed to a beautifully well kept log home seated a mile from the main thoroughfare between Gatlinburg/Sevierville and pigeon forge. The house was well kept, the neighbors polite and the parking very convenient (and undersold, plenty of room for extra vehicles!). The creek was nice for the kids, we had plenty of wildlife sitings (including a large male black bear who helped himself to a seat by the fire one afternoon while we stare in awe from the back door) and the amenities at the house spacious! I can’t say enough about the experience. If I had to make a negative, I would caution you on the top bunks as they are VERY close to the ceiling fans and we did have a bump incident that was minor as well as the deck while new and very nice does have a screw or two that aren’t completely set toward the corners, so watch those bare feet! We will definitely return and are thankful for our trip!

Nice Creekside Property

Layout of this cabin is great, and listening to the creek is soothing. Very clean. No real view, and typical canin issues with Direct TV remotes not working and Starlink internet not working. No mobile service at the cabin. Definitely the spot to disconnect.
