Before booking, we read the reviews and most all were 4-5 stars. I spoke to someone named Hemo who gave me in writing (online) the promise that the cleaning fee would be waived dependent upon our checking out and it meeting the cleaners approval. The manager asked me to show her proof of that. Better communication between the owner and manager could have resolved that.Deal breakers...the ice maker did not work and several times, we had to use paper towels to soak up the leak in the floor. I did bring this up and the manager said, there was an ice tray. Just so you will know, we filled one cup every morning and after doing so, the ice tray was empty.The vent in the bedroom was the worst. It did not divert the air at all. It blew directly down on the bed. I contacted the manager about this and asked would the owner consider putting in a diverter vent and she said, he/she would not. Each time, the heat (which was more like cold) came on, I literally had to wrap myself under the covers, even my facial area.There was no dishcloth or dish towel, long stringy black hair was found in several places, no dresser, no chest, washer liner was split and eventually broke off, washer/dryer was extremely small, no hook in the bathroom, dust on the Keurig, no trash can in the bathroom, hot water lasted exactly 30 minutes then it became cold.
