Let me just say- RUN. This cabin started off just a little messy and the WiFi wouldn’t work. Issues we could live with. THEN the water got shut off. You will not speak to the owner. You get a call center (so each time you try to resolve an issue you get to speak to someone new! How fun…not). Okay now the water is back on. Yay. AgainNOT. At 11 at night their alarm system activates. The “host” is not helping. Can’t disable the alarm and wont even contact the company. Then the cops show up. So we spend until 2 am with a screeching alarm and calling their alarm company to try to get it deactivated. The next day someone gets sent out. They do nothing, have no way to help and basically just say all the systems are out of wack and the batteries are dead in all of them (doesn’t even replace the batteries). Mind you we have spoken to probably 6 random people and all through various phone numbers. Vrbo can not offer any assistance other than to pay for us to temporarily stay in a hotel until it gets fixed. They have no real care in fixing your issues, but boy do they love to say that they do. Deep diving into issues the cabin is not clean, it’s absolutely beat to crap with scratches, broken glass, peeling paint and chipped furniture. The pool table leans to one side so you can’t even truly play. I have a mile long list of communication and pictures to justify why anyone looking to stay here would have better luck just sleeping in their car. At least the view is a Waffle House!
