Family Vacation 2025

We rented this cabin for an extended weekend trip with our children and grandkids. It is in an excellent location close to everything in Pigeon Forge and easily accessible with a car. We enjoyed our stay here. The check-in/out process is very simple. There is an app that needs to be downloaded but it is very helpful, with information about the cabin and the surrounding area. The free tickets were a nice perk. The only issue was with the jacuzzi tub needing the keys to be cleaned but that old not stop me from stayin here again. Overall 5 star rating!

Great family cabin

This was the 2nd time we have rented this cabin in two years. We love the space. The kids love the game area and having their own space. Definitely worth it.

Great family stay!

This was a great cabin for a family stay. It was easy to find and there was room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, arcade, and the fireplace. Some family members used the hot tub, and it worked as advertised. We did try the jacuzzi tub, but we couldn't get the jets working. It may have been operator error, but we didn't notice any special instructions. Overall, it was most enjoyable. We would certainly use this rental again for another family vacation!

Beautiful Cabin in a perfect location

The house was every bit as beautiful as was advertised. We loved the location in the woods and it was very close to all the activities, stores etc., but it felt like you weren't near all that hussle and bussle The house was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed. We spent a lot of time enjoying the cabin since one of our friends has difficulty getting around. We were very content sitting on the wrap around porch. The area was great to walk around too for us active ladies All of us were very happy with our choice. We will probably be back and will highly recommend our family and friends to rent this vacation place. I personally have rented many places over the years and this is one of the nicest ,cosiest and tastefully decorated places of this type. My friends and I want to give a huge shoutout to Tim in maintenance. He was absolutely wonderful. We got lost, not because of your directions though. I had the wrong address. Tim stayed on the phone with us for probably 20 to 30 minutes directing us until we were safely at the cabin. We were so thankful for his kindness and patience!

We traveled from PA. 3 moms, 6 teens and stayed for 5 days. Communication was good. Location was great, and the house was fine—didn’t knock our socks off, but it was fine. It was mostly clean, lots of cob webs and dust bunnies. Only thing that was really gross was the moldy shower curtain liner in the middle bathroom. The decor was rustic which was expected, however there were random Christmas decorations and fall decorations through out. The kids were disappointed that there was no popcorn machine as shown in the pictures. The house was plenty big, and the pool table and ping pong tables were a hit. The living room furniture definitely has seen better days, especially the wooden/rust colored chairs—just not comfortable after a long day out. The pots and pans also have seen better days. If the pans are that banged up, providing tin foil to cover them would be welcomed. Additional towel hooks would also be a great addition, with a house that is big enough for so many people, you have to assume they will have bath and/or beach towels to hang. Overall fine, would not return, only because there are so many options in the area. It is very obvious this is strictly a rental property and not used by the owners.

July Golf Trip

A group of us stayed at this cabin for 3 nights for a golf trip. Very easy to get into the cabin, all the information, and answers to any questions was conveniently on the app you download when you book this cabin. We called Bear Tracts to empty the trash bins, they called and we’re great, however, they didn’t grab the trash but I assume that was due to it being Sunday and it may have been high volume. Just make sure to call before your bins are full to make sure trash isn’t piling up. Overall great cabin. 3 king beds were great for 6 adults sharing the beds. Plenty of room there, and the other sleeper sofa in the basement was a big plus for one of our group members. The cabin was in a great location, you can be at a plethora of restaurants on the pigeon forge strip in no more than 5-10 minutes. Great stay! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home!

We loved the place! Location was perfect. The house was adorable. Everything was awesome. The only complaint would be the mattress of the main floor king. One half of the bed slumped and I felt like I was falling. I just switched with a kid, though. Kids don't mind that sort of thing. And making some shots on the pool table were impossible because the space was too small. Other than that, it was amazing!

Property was very nice except the remotes were in pretty bad shape and being held by electrical tape. One of the arcade machines did not work. And Lady Bug infestation which was odd considering it was December.

This cabin is huge, there is plenty of space to go sleep without being disturbed by the others in the cabin. I would say the only downside is the street and and driveway if you are on motorcycles. If you are in a car, no problem, but it’s really steep and there really isn’t anywhere flat to park a motorcycle. I think there was a warning somewhere about the parking but I would just really emphasize it going forward.

Great cabin, not so great services.

The cabin was nice. It was (mostly) clean, spacious and provided us a nice comfortable stay. We have four kids and they truly enjoyed being there. They looked forward to the arcade games in the room that were advertised, however they did not work. I contacted the number provided to me and they told me to contact maintenance. They just no longer work. The cabin also provides a Playstation and a Wii, but no games to play, so keep that in mind. My main complaint is the check in process. Download an app, get your information etc. It was a mess and took 6 hours of communication to get the correct emails sent, contracts signed, app installed & working, etc. Such a hassle and very frustrating, especially when you're relying on cell service to get into your app on your phone while in the mountains with sketchy service. I do not want to take away from the cabin however, I would stay there again. Like I said previously, we really did enjoy it. Our only complaint for the actual cabin (besides broken arcade games) would probably be whoever cleans the place- we found a pill, a used bandaid, dirty wash cloth and a sock while we were there. Again, not a cabin issue but the services provided that come along with it.

Alpine Village Cabin

The was our first time renting with Bear Tracts. Cabin was clean and a great location. We love the Alpine Village! Loved the 3 masters with connecting restrooms. Will definitely rent from Bear Tracts again.
