Stay was great, but host did not return two emails with questions. Front door code did not work, but host fixed immediately after I called. Hot tub did not warm up which was disappointing since cabin description included it and we were ready to use. The roof had a small leak upstairs after a light rain.

We had a great time staying at the cabin in Pigeon Forge. The cabin is situated close to the Parkway with shopping and many restaurants. We were there to attend a destination wedding. We appreciated the 5 bathrooms when it came time to get ready.The hot tub was fun for all after a long day of visiting the attractions and dancing the night away. We would definitely rent the cabin again.

The stay was very pleasant. The kitchen was completely stocked. Parking is limited. My only suggestion would be to get the hot tub squared away, it is barely warm.

The size of the cabin was perfect for our family. The dishes needed to be washed again before we could use them as food residue was on many of the plates. The location was excellent for travel to the great for travel to the smokies, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge attractions and Gatlinburg. The parking area was limited for four cars and the steep slope on the rear of the cabin did not provide much outside area for the kids. However the game room bunk room and TV viewing area was excellent and we did enjoy the hot tub as well as the swinging chairs. The two decks were also good size spaces.

Loved the home, and the whole process was very easy. We stayed during a tournament at the Ripken Experience, which was a very quick drive. Comfortable home, nice bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kids loved the arcade, hot tub, and pool table.

TEAM RIOS Memories Made 2025

We had a most excellent stay!!! There were a few minor problems, but we made due and let management know. The cabin was spacious for 11 of us. The only thing I’d say is that the garbage cans are really not sufficient for 11 people with food and snacks and drinks. We had to make a trip to the dumpster to dump the cans. But perhaps it’s because we cooked and ate at the cabin. It didn’t cause us any grief whatsoever as we had such a great time!!!!!

Great Big Cabin

Fantastic location a short distance from the main drag, with a quick drive to all interests. The cabin was big, clean, and nicely appointed with pots, pans, utensils etc. The family had a fun time, and the cabin was a great place for all of us to stay.

It was easy to get too .. We had family vacation with 14 .. It was large enough to hold all of us .. We did have a few unexpected things happen had to change cabins , unexpected little guess upstairs .. Host was gracious about my concern and moved us little inconvenience .. couple of days later the air conditioner went out and the host was right on it had it fixed .. It’s nice property over all ..

I had the pleasure of staying at CabinLife May17th to the 24th with my family of 11. It was perfect for us because of the 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. It had 3 porches so we all could have our own privacy. They furnished everything for the week down to the paper products! A mile into Pigeon Forge and 15 minutes into Gatlinburg. The hosts were so easy to work with. I highly recommend this cabin!

Beautiful place/perfect location.

We really enjoyed this property! We come to pigeon forge/gatlinburg yearly and have stayed at a lot of cabins. Lots of pros and only a few cons here. Cons: I wish there was a bathroom outside of the bedrooms as well as in the bedrooms. It was hard when someone was in their bathroom and there was no where else to go. The fold out couch in the basement is in a very awkward place. My 6 year old slept there and when you open the bed up, it blocked the stair way. So everyone in the basement had to climb over the bed to go upstairs when my daughter was asleep. Laundry is down there too so it was definitely difficult to carry clothes up and down when my daughter was sleeping. Pros:Location is perfect! So close to the main strip. Took us minutes to go get food and hit the strip. I love how it’s right in the heart of Pigeon Forge which made it so easy to hit Gatlinburg! Cabin was very clean! Beautiful! Well taken care of. No issues at all there. Check in process was a breeze. Our host even let us check in a little early. She was very responsive and even check in after our first night. Check out day was a breeze as well. They don’t have a super long list of things that need to be done. Just the basics and it made our exit easier. Some cabins give her 20 things you have to do before you leave. All in all… I highly recommend this property! You won’t be disappointed.

Very good

Property was clean and well appointed. The beds and furnishings were comfortable. Location was excellent and quiet. There was no view except a hillside out back. The house looks a little banged up and the windows need cleaning. The parking area is much smaller than pictured but will accommodate four cars. A guardrail needs to be installed at the parking area to the left of the house. Someone will go over the cliff and could suffer serious injury and/or property damage.

Pigeon Forge TN 2025!

Very nice and spacious for all our needs. Cabin is on a steep hill, but parking for three vehicles was doable. Would definitely recommend!

Fun family getaway

Enjoyed our stay so much! We rent a cabin every year around this time to get together with our growing family and we will definitely be back to this one. This cabin is in a convenient location and in a lovely setting!

Great place for a large crowd

Good place for a large group. Just limited parking. We like the bedrooms at each end of the common areas in the basement and upstairs. The hot tub was great. Very convenient to the Parkway. Only 2 turns.

2024 Family Vacation

The cabin and its location were spectacular. It was close to everything we had planned to do and see while we were there. The host was very attentive to our needs. The cabin was spacious and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beds were so comfortable. The hot tub helped to ease our aches, from our sight seeing trips.

Great space

The location of this home is excellent. We also loved the space and how each bedroom had its own bathroom. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen isn’t very well stocked for the amount of people this house can hold. No scissors, pot holders, storage containers, or large bowls/cooking. But those just caused minor inconveniences. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the decks and enjoying the area. Thank you!
