« The worst place I have ever stayed, the room was disgusting, very dirty every where, caked on dust on all the surfaces, pictures, etc. Microwave was nasty, TV and stand very dusty, towels,washcloths, and sheets had black stains on them. Toilet had black mold all under the rim, shower and shower curtain looked as though hadn't been cleaned in ages, floor was nasty too and roach was climbing up the wall, cob webs hanging from the ceiling. « I was very disappointed with our stay. The staff wa super nice but the breakfast was not up to the usual Home2Suites standard. If I had been able to eat a biscuit I might have broken a tooth. We went to breakfast around 8 so it shouldn’t have been “the last ones”. No waffles? Just disappointing. »

« The room was not clean, cob webs with live spiders in one of the corners of the room, dead bugs in the light covers, dirt all around the tub and in the bathroom. Pool is not heated even though it’s an indoor pool. Breakfast ended at 10. We started eating at 8:30. They just wouldn’t remake any of the eggs or anything so when they ran out they were just out. « When i got there the hotel only had rooms on one side of the buliding due to renovation. I then was told they had no king size bed rooms and they only had a double.Room was not clean, the bed covers and sheets were stained.
