« Apartment was in a safe neighborhood, stores for supplies close, not far from Wild Adventures. I loved the big kitchen with dinnette for breakfast in the same room and the main dining room for bigger meals. AC was cold and the neighbors across the street are super friendly and were helpful to tell us of fun places in their town. Great short trip »

« I was Extremely Disappointed, I asked specifically about the fenced in backyard,I was told it was secure,it was a mess! Holes in it spaces,and rubbish stacked in thecyard,presenting a major hazard. Needless to say, my fur babes were miserable! Ihad to leash them at all times.Thisxwas my main concern. I was very honest with the host,I just wish he'd returned the honesty! »

« Dangerous Dump.....this place has issues. 1 electrical outlet per room, holes in the wall that communicate to the outside, rotten wood, spongy floors, no bakeware or bowls, pickup trucks included in the backyard, dangerous driveway, window air conditioning. I could go on and landlord wouldn't refund after what I considered a misrepresentation of the facility. It's a tear down property, but is probably on the historic register or should be. »

« We had an incredible stay at the Cozy Cottage in Valdosta. The home is very well decorated, well stocked with items for the kitchen and bathrooms. Our 4 adults and 2 teens were very comfortable for our weekend stay. The host was above and beyond with some additional touches like hand soap in the bathrooms and creamer pods for the coffee bar. « We have stayed here multiple times and each experience has been great. The home is very historic, clean and very comfortable. Everything works great from the updated bathrooms to the AC in summer heat. The host is terrific and makes you feel welcome and important and always responds quickly. Neighborhood is quiet especially during the evening. It’s centrally located so you have access to any part of town with equal distance.
