My family and I enjoyed our lovely stay at this amazing home. The surrounding area is peaceful, and the back yard offered a beautiful view of lush forests (and every star in the sky!) We of course enjoyed the accessible and well-maintained amenities: hot tub, fire pit, grill, outdoor lounging, board games, huge TV. Rooms are cozy and delightfully furnished. Our hosts were very accommodating and communication was responsive and proactive. Thank you for the warm welcome, we hope to visit again!

It is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle. The neighbors are quiet, the views are amazing, and the house has everything you need for your stay. We were two families,10 people together, and there was plenty of room. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the bunk room as well as the outdoor play space, and everyone loved the hot tub. Chad was prompt with communication and checked in each day.

Family Gathering
This property and the hosts, Kate and Chad, were just amazing. Great communication about the property prior and during. The Hot tub and play area was great to keep the kids entertained, and the kitchen was fully stocked for easy family style meals. By far one of the best bnb's that I have booked and the most important is that this home was very beautiful and comfortable inside and out.

Wonderful house and yard!
We had such a good time spending a weekend with Family and Friends. The house is lovely with plenty of space and everything one might need. The yard is very big and fenced, which was awesome for our dog who enjoyed the space very much. The kids spent so much time playing on the playground, and loved discovering the garden fairy in the tub. Can't recommend more!

Great family friendly spot in the upcountry
Our whole multigenerational family (ages 5 to 82) very much enjoyed staying at the home. It is large, private, and has plenty of family-friendly features, including a large lawn for games, a great playground, and even gates on the stairs and oven (for nosy little ones).
It is close-ish to a very good grocery store and has one of the best-stocked STR kitchens I've ever stayed in. Thanks for making our Thanksgiving wonderful.

Amazing home
Such a wonderful stay. Just for a couple of days durning the week for a funeral service but to come back and relax at this property was a blessing. Looking forward to coming back for a wine trip.
Also an important note that the area lost power during our stay and the property had a generator so we weren’t affected at all.

A Perfect Staycation for a Birthday Party
We brought up 7 adults from the Sacramento to enjoy a relaxing birthday party. We loved the space that allowed us to hang out all together. It was gorgeous views and so comfortable. The highlight for us was the well labeled kitchen that made it so easy to cook and clean so that we could enjoy large family dinners. 100% would recommend.

Lovely getaway.
I had an unforgettable experience staying here. From the spacious deck and breathtaking views to the stylish décor and luxurious furnishings, every detail was impeccable. The private hot tub was definitely a highlight and the perfect way to unwind. I highly recommend booking a stay at this property for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.
There are so many cool attractions around. We especially enjoyed the cace, Black Chadam. Katia’s guide was super helpful enjoyed the house and the the whole area. Volcano city is so cute.

Mountain Gem For Family Get Together
We have friends from college, with whom we used hang out all the time.
Now that we both have small families, us a three year old and them a 6 month old, we need a house that will be comfortable for all of us.
This house was perfect. It had a playground for our 3 year old. A work space for our friends. Lots of family friendly amenities.
We all remarked on how comfortable the beds were, and how cozy the house was. It just felt easy to hang out and feel relaxed.
The hot tub with the stars at night was just icing on the cake.
Close enough to wine country (35 minutes), lots of things to do nearby (Black Chasm and Mt Zion), and generous grounds made this an ideal small family get together. We are already talking about next year.

Beautiful house in the snow
Great stay, had a small issue with the front gate not opening after entering the code. Messaged the property owner and they responded quickly. Instructions for the front gate were not included in the welcome info packet.
On our third night, the water heater stopped working. After I reset the breaker the hot water came back. Happened one more time the next morning.
Besides those two little hiccups we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful getaway!
We had a delightful time here! My family of 4 and our friends (another family of 4) had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. The house was gorgeous, fresh and clean with everything you can imagine to enhance a stay. We cooked, relaxed, and used the hot tub a few times. The setting and view was beautiful. The 4 kids had a blast running around outside, playing on the play structure, and playing games in the bunk room! Our host’s communication was excellent and they helped us have truly the best relaxing long weekend. We enjoyed the deck, bbq, and exploring the nearby caverns at Black Chasm, as well as an afternoon in nearby Sutter Creek. Most of all, we enjoyed the peace of just relaxing at the house. Thank you! We’ll be back!
