Welcome to CASA SCOTTO, a renovated apartment inside Palazzo Bruguer, a historic building on the Lungarno, in the heart of Pisa and just steps from Giardino Scotto.
Quiet and relaxing despite being in the city centre, it offers modern comforts, privacy and a view over the rooftops of Pisa. Ideal for couples or families with children.
Well connected to the train station and airport, it's the perfect base to explore Pisa on foot, among monuments, restaurants and walks along the Arno.

THE SPACE

Located on the second floor of a historic building, with convenient elevator access, CASA SCOTTO is a bright, quiet and welcoming nest, perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring the wonders of Pisa. Let yourself be embraced by its colourful walls and the natural light coming through the windows.

The apartment features:
- Bedroom: an intimate and comfortable double room, designed to ensure a restful sleep.
- Living room: a cosy space with a French-style double sofa bed (140x195 cm) and Smart TV.
- Kitchen: fully equipped, with induction hob, grill microwave, kettle, pod coffee machine and moka pot. Please note there is no oven.
- Bathroom: functional, with shower and a window for natural ventilation.

A note on the layout: the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. For this reason, the apartment is ideal for couples or families, but it is not suitable for more than 2 adults who are not part of the same household.

GUEST ACCESS

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM, self check-in via a key safe located outside the building. Detailed instructions will be sent the day before your arrival.
As required by Italian law, a short online check-in is requested before your stay (just a few minutes from your phone).
Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

- Pisa Central Station: 10 minutes

- The apartment is in a historic building, with the charm typical of period properties.
- The view is over the rooftops of the city, not of the Arno river.
- The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.
- Parking: the property does not have private parking. Paid street parking is available nearby (not bookable in advance).
- As required by Italian law, a short online check-in via Vikey is requested before arrival.
