The comforter on the bed was visibly dirty and had someone’s hair all over it. The couch was broken, the desk was peeling, the smoke detector was literally hanging from the wall by wires. The pool was absolutely freezing, the sausage and eggs at breakfast were freeing cold. The air conditioner is very old and dated.

one of those hotels where the pictures did not match the actual property,,, was dirty when we arrived and very small compared to the pictures very sour disinterested front guest employee, construction Sheetrock debree on the floor which by the way was still there in the morning when we left for our flight and furniture in room pulling away from the walls not stocked well with towels or shampoo in the room, was a little disappointed. didn't even go look at the pool nor stay for the breakfast, that room was tiny tiny and based on the customer service that was a big no thank you... welcome to pittsburgh

Their system did not show that someone else was in the room they assigned me. Front desk was very discourteous, like I was the one creating a problem for her. Instead of my prepaid for room I got a very musky smelly accessible room with a very moldy and mildewy shower.No offer to refund for the difference. You could hear every footstep above and in the stairwell. It was one night but I would not stay there again.

I booked my room a couple days out for a wedding the price was very good considering everything downtown Pittsburgh where we were going for a wedding was 300-500 a night I asked for an early checkin and was granted it with no problem , the staff at front desk were very nice would definitely use this hotel again

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, convenient self-pay washer and dryer, and great-tasting,fresh waffles at breakfast. Would have given 5 stars, but two of three lightbulbs were out in the bathroom and we couldn’t hookup our PlayStation because of the way the TV is attached to the wall. A great place to stay.

Most noisy hotel we have ever stayed at. Shower noise from rooms on either side sounded like it was coming from ours. There was mold on curtains, paint chipping in room, elevator walls dirty. One plus, was the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Our room was very clean, beds are comfortable. The pool, which I called ahead to ask if it was heated, was very cold for this season. Unbearable, couldn't even get in past my ankles. Way too cold. The pool was rhe reason for rhe check in, the attendant was not honest in my phone call.

This property - the facility itself - really needs some work. Our first room had a door to an adjoining room that wouldn’t lock or even stay shut so our things weren’t secure. We moved rooms (thank goodness, because we noticed a gross-looking stain on the carpet on our way out) and the bathroom door in THAT room wouldn’t latch. There were also a lot of other shoddy things in disrepair. Near the nightstand there was a hole in the wall with some kind of extension cord coming through (where it went we have no idea). One of the lights next to the bed (mounted on the wall) looked like it was going to fall down if anyone touched it too hard. And, finally, the room just smelled bad. Especially when we first went in and turned the heater on. It was so bad I bought a diffuser to put on the dresser during our stay! Do not recommend. There’s tons of other hotels in the area.

I apologize and behalf of the entire team for the inconvenience this may have cause trip. However we try at every given task to make sure all our guest are satisfy and treated with respect. This feedback is one we will definitely be looking into.

we arrived late and the person on the desk went above on checking us in to hotel, got us a snack and juice since we didn't get to eat between flights. Also, when I called for transportation from the airport the same desk person was courteous, and we didn't have to wait long for tranport to hotel.

We use to use this hotel a few years back anytime we were in the area. It has since become a little older and things are not kept up. The curtains in the room were not that clean. Rust spot on the top of curtain where the pull rod is attached. Curtain did not close all the way. Door had a lot of light coming through the hallway so room was not dark. If the light comes through sound will also travel more. Safety would be another concern with door.

The room was dirty - not vacuumed properly, the tub and sink were dirty, pillows and blankets also were stained. We only stayed two nights but we were really looking forward to checking out.

Great stay
This was one of the nicest accommodations we've had in a long time. The room was lovely, great bed. Actually stayed an extra night with no issues. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
