To be honest, we stayed here for two nights on our 15-day trip, and I can recall nothing about it, good or bad. So, it must have been OK. No bad memories or unpleasant findings, but no memorable wow factors either. It met our needs adequately. I do recall that the staff was very friendly and helpful all the time, and you have to drive 5 miles or so into town to find a good restaurant, but that's about it.

The hotel was farther off of the freeway than I thought it would be. But it was a nice quiet room with a good breakfast. The workout room had a decent treadmill. The stepper needed a battery and the Peloton needed help from the employee to connect to the internet so we didn't ask. The staff was super friendly and jumping to help with any issues. A very good experience.

Pleasantly surprised with accommodations
I ended up needing to find a place to stay last minute after working all day and found this place. The pricing was reasonable and the pictures online looked like it was fairly well kept. After staying there overnight, I found everything to be fine. It is your average hotel in good shape. No odd smells or no weird stains anywhere.

Everyone was very friendly from the continental breakfast staff to Jay at the front desk who worked a back-to-back shift when we got there due to the bad weather. I would definitely stay here again.

Leave the TV clicker in the breakfast area.
The staff is very friendly and remembered me because I’ve been there several times. They go out of their way to be helpful and remember frequent guests. The only thing they might have to do differently is leave the television quicker in the breakfast area available for patrons to use to change channels. Apparently somebody who works there thinks that MSNBC (MSLSD ) is the kind of propaganda guests should have to stomach while they’re having breakfast. That employee, whoever she or he is, hid the clicker! It’s almost enough to make me vomit when I have to listen to those excuses for journalists lie the way they do. I certainly don’t want to listen to them at breakfast. Everybody has their own preferences about news and which of the multiple points of view expressed by the news organizations they want to watch or listen to. I suppose you could say the same thing when it happens the other way as it did when I was staying at a Marriott property recently in Tennessee. All the monitors were tuned to FOX NEWS, which of course I don’t have a problem with, but then again, they don’t like it. They can complain the Marriott just like I’m complaining about it here. Those breakfast facilities are in a much larger venue and you don’t have to watch the screenings if you don’t want to because they’re not right in your face. It’s pretty much impossible small motel not watch or listen to this, especially when the monitor is mounted up near the ceiling.

The refrigerator had a foul smell, like rotted milk. We could not put our food in it. And other guests were smoking marijuana on the floor we were on.YUCK and YUCK The beds were comfortable and the linens were good.

Great place to stay in Pittsfield to see the Berks
The location is right near one of the Berkshire’s most famous historical attractions, Hancock, Shaker Village. It is about 2 miles outside of downtown Pittsfield, which makes it a more attractive location for people who don’t wanna deal with downtown traffic and yet it’s quite accessible to downtown attractions for people who are looking for that. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and they have coffee available for anyone who wants to use the machine in the lobby to make flavored coffee at any hour of the day or night it seems. Breakfast selection did have a meat item as well as potatoes, and a variety of yogurts And cereals as well as baked goods. There seem to be parking both in front and back of the property and the location was very quiet. The one thing that’s possible and structural is that the wall between the individual units might not have the latest sound dampening because I could hear someone’s story And that’s all the odd thing that I noted but not enough to take away from my overall rating. Excellent.

Clean and friendly hotel stay
Great stay at this hotel with my pup. Hotel was very clean, and there was ample room around the parking lot to walk my dog. Front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a small but good variety of foods which were more than ample before a long day of hiking. And there was 24 hour coffee & hot water service, as well as microwave and fridge, which are always appreciated when I'm on a multi-day trip. Comfortable bed as well.
