Hôtel près de Pivot Point Plaza, Yuma, Yuma

« The Hilton Yuma Pivot Point doesn't quite live up to its prestigious name. My room had a torn couch, a slow-draining sink, along with a dirty shower enclosure. All of which was documented to the front desk manager's attention. No one came up to inspect my room. Notwithstanding, the breakfast was very good. »

« The rooms were clean and the staff greeted us cheerfully. Breakfast each morning was awesome. The only inconvenience was the A/C for the indoor pool was not working properly. The outdoor temperature while we were there was 105 or so in the afternoon so that chased us indoors. Over all we had a great stay and would book another stay if we are in the area. »

« The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The room was a nice size and even had a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. The soap in the bathroom was amazing. We will definitely stay here again. »

« La piscine était en réparation et l’autre ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Et il y avait des coquerelles dans notre chambre !!! On a demandé un remboursement et 1 mois et demie après on ne l’a toujours pas reçu !!! À déconseiller. »

« Hall de l'hôtel en gros travaux, un vrai chantier. D'ailleurs la chambre prépayée m'a été prélevée encore une fois par l'hôtel tellement leur système dysfonctionnait. Chambre suite lit King avec canapé lit. Cuisine complète, vrai grand frigo-congel, lave vaisselle, plaques et micro-ondes et table avec 4 chaises. Grande chambre avec de l'espace. La salle du petit déjeuner a été réinstallée à la hâte pour le matin. Déjeuner tout â fait correct, gaufres, plats chauds, salade de fruits etc. Piscine...
