The animation team was fantastic—super friendly, engaged, and amazing dancers! The overall staff was also extremely nice and helpful. However, there were a lot of Russian guests, which influenced the atmosphere a bit. The food was okay, not outstanding. The themed à la carte restaurants were better than the main buffet and a nice change, though the online reservation system was quite complicated. Evening shows were fine—nothing special, but entertaining enough. The beach was decent, but the coral reefs for snorkeling were too far from the hotel. The shuttle service worked well. The resort is much more expensive than other 5-star options in Hurghada, but you do get a better experience in return. One big plus: the all-inclusive package includes imported alcoholic drinks, not just local ones.

I’ve stayed at this hotel four times — once solo, once with a couple, and once with a male friend — and every stay was truly amazing. From the warm welcome at the modern reception to the professional, friendly staff, everything is top-notch. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and have super comfortable beds and pillows. Housekeeping does an excellent job keeping everything spotless and fresh. The pools are large, clean, and great for all ages. Although the hotel isn’t directly on the beach, it has its own private beach reachable by a free shuttle bus every hour — and it’s worth it! The beach is beautiful, clean, and offers excellent snorkeling with colorful fish and coral reefs. The food is excellent — high quality and varied. The chefs, bartenders, and waiters are all friendly, attentive, and professional. There’s a main restaurant and two à la carte restaurants you can visit without reservation, plus an ice cream bar and several spots for drinks or snacks. The beach bar also serves tasty snacks and drinks throughout the day. The minibar in the room is generously refilled daily, and sweet touches like fruit or desserts are delivered to the room. Many luxury hotels don’t offer this kind of service. Finally, a big thank-you to Mr. Hamada, the hotel manager — he’s present from early morning until late evening, checking every area personally. His dedication really shows and makes a difference. This hotel always feels like a second home. I will definitely be back.
