« The checkin was quick and staff were helpful, the pool is nice and big. There is no ac in the lounge area which is annoying. The cottage was decent. Right on the beach which is so nice. »

« Hotel confortable et beau , bien placé sur une belle plage . Bon après c l'horreur , personnels incompétent , Vol d'argent dans l'hôtel , nourriture infecte et chère , demandé une fiches à chaque fois que vous payez ou sinon on vs redemande l'argent . Le personnel est horrible et désobligeant , le directeur de l'hôtel ne gère rien . En bref je déconseille »

« We had an enjoyable stay. Its a Hidden Gem. Very upscale and classy. The Chef made delicious meals. Very quiet and private. They have a nice bar onsite. The decor and ambience is top notch. We were very pleased with our stay. They have various rooms with different set-ups. I will definitely pick the luxury suite next time. Thanks for having us. »

« Expedia should know Nyali Luxury Suites doesn’t exist and the real name is The Palms. It cost me buchu $$ in taxi for the confusion in the late hours of night. The owner was stingy with the electric and lied to us and told us that the air-conditioning/hot water wasn’t working.She told us to be mindful of the kilowatts that we’re using. It was discovered(By me) that the circuit breaker was turned off so that customers cannot use the air-conditioning/hot water heater. And it was well hotter(stinky...

« Hotellet var som sådan okay, men lidt slidt. Der var da vi var der, en DJ både ved poolen og ved stranden, hvilket gav en uacceptabel støj. Der var kravlende insekter i sengen, min kone blev bidt, med et stort sår til følge. Maden og servicen var dog okay. Lokationen af hotellet var fin og stranden også vældig god. »

The sink and washing washing machine had mould all over and this makes one doubt the cleanliness of the towels and and beddings washed in it. Considering the size of the property, 15 units of electricity was not enough for 3 nights yet there was 9 of us in the property. Wifi was selective on some phones. Water dispenser was not replenished. You need to consider the size of the family before rationing...
