„the staff was very helpful....thx.....the room was clean...the food in the resturant was good....and it is close to sams overpriced tours....but the location?....it is in a industral area of koror....no crime problem..but the hotel looked like it was in a junkyard“

„Disappointing since I stayed there a long time ago. It’s under new management who have not kept up the hotel. The restaurant and bars are closed. The complimentary breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, white toast —no jam, butter, rce jook, spicey rice noodles, picked vegetables, cabbage slaw, Black Chinese tea. They tried to accommodate me with instant coffee and milk. Workers are nice. Basically for Chinese visitors. “

„Great location right in the center of Downtown Koror. Offers all the services needed and there are a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Nice pool area to relax and our room offered fantastic views on the Rock Island. They also habe rental cars available, which is perfect if you want to explore the island on your own. Overall great experience and very friendly and helpful staff!“

„The driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately. The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores. Beach is not walkable.“

„I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists“
