Our room was generally fine, but the walls were dirty with black marks, most likely left by other guests’ suitcases. The jacuzzi room we booked is also quite small. At one point, the water stopped running completely before eventually coming back. You can also clearly hear when other guests are showering because the hotel has very poor sound insulation—you can hear almost everything. Unfortunately, we had to change rooms because ours developed a water leak. When we entered the new room, there was a very strong smell of dampness and humidity. I quickly understood why the door to that room had been left wide open ever since our arrival—it was most likely to air it out after some kind of water damage. When I asked the host whether this room had previously suffered water damage, he assured me that it had not. However, given the strong damp smell and the fact that the room had been left open for ventilation, I found that difficult to believe. Will I go back to this hotel ? NO

Tivemos uma experiência incrível na pousada, funcionários educados, queridos e fizeram o melhor pra tornar nossa estadia maravilhosa, em especial a gerente Manuela. Pousada tem uma localização privilegiada, café da manhã é muito bom.
