„Me and my family had a wonderful getaway. Crown Reef resort is a must if you have kids. The pools/splash pad is worth staying here, your kids will love it. The property is very clean and our room was spotless when we arrived. The only thing I would say that needs improving is the room is always warm. You’ll want to have a fan during your stay. But overall we would definitely stay here again. “

„The check in line was horrible. Over an hour and half wait time. Then the room was wrong and where I had booked under hotels.com the property would t work with hotels .com to fix it. The communication between employees wasn’t great and everyone seemed rushed. Parking sucks. But overall the pools and easy access to the beach was great. Gift shop a little overpriced but not too bad and you have to request extra towels and to have your room serviced “

„I like it but my 3 days i wasnt offered service like refill of trash bags and towels but other than that I think the hotel was ok the only problem was the service and strong smell of chlorine in the pools.“

„Zimmer war groß und sauber, und hatten Meerblick obwohl wir es nicht gebucht haben. Einrichtung ist nicht sehr modern aber passt und ist nicht kaputt oder so. Der Pool Bereich ist ganz cool - der lazy river war mega cool! haben auch mehrere Jacuzzis und inside und outside pool und direkt von da kann man zum Strand. Insgesamt tolles Hotel direkt am strand!“
