The room was very spacious and included a kitchenette a well as a washing machine. Unfortunately, there was no rack available to hand up the washing that couldn't be tumble dried but lots of hangers. The beds were really comfortable, the whole room clean apart from some water marks from the aircon. The communal area was well equipped with tabletennis, billiard, darts, a footie table and boardgames available. The pool was closed due to works being carried out but we didn't need it as the sea is only a short drive away. Breakfast was really good, oddly, there was no butter but only margarine available. The scrambled egg was not out of a tetra pack but actual eggs were used. The staff was clearing the dishes swiftly but towards the end of the breakfast service, certain items were missing. Bread was reduced to crisp bread which was a bit unfortunate for guests who had a lie-in. The garage can a bit tight, depending on the size of car and
