Hôtel près de Plage Spring Harbor Beach, Madison, Madison

« Everyone was super friendly, the hotel was clean and as usual, we loved the games and pool table in the lobby area »

« Clean room, helpful staff, quiet location! »

« Each of the staff members with whom i interacted was very helpful and professional. The carpet was very wet in first room that I was assigned. I contacted the front desk and Angela apologized and immediately assigned another room with an upgrade. Apparently the carpet had been cleaned in the first room and it had not been designated as out of service in the system. The room was clean, quiet and in excellent condition and there was a good variety of hot and cold foods for breakfast. Overall...

« Pros: Clean, easy check in/out, high quality bed, large shower, tasty breakfast Cons: pillows were all same level of softness/hardness, can hear train whistle from the room Conclusion: highly recommend »

« The rooms are small but comfortable, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable! Location is great, front-desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The exercise gym is spacious and well-designed, looking onto a small patio. This is my second stay at this hotel and I would book it again when returning to downtown Madison. »

« Above our expectations! »

« Very clean and friendly service. Well maintained hallways/bathrooms/kitchen areas. »

« This Tru was switching vendors so there was no soda or water to purchase. I was shocked and felt they should have purchased water that guests could just take for free. We ordered a pick up supper and ended up drinking water from the bathroom sink! Unacceptable »

« L'accueil a l'arrivée était OK.
