„This place was perfect for my last minute trip. It's everything that I needed, and the perfect size to not be overwhelmed with alot to cleanup on my way out. The location is great if you are planning on visiting Clearwater, St. Pete or Tampa. The hosts were extremely easy to work with and the place was very clean. Highly recommend!“

„The house is really split into 2 units. Our unit had 2 bedrooms and was immaculate, except for the living room area rug. The rug needed to be cleaned or removed completely, as it was terribly dirty and stained. The entire unit is either tile or vinyl flooring. The kitchen had lots of utensils for cooking, but needed more storage space or shelves for our shelf-stable food. It also could use a few more skillets (we only had 1; the other small skillet had a broken handle) and some oven pans ...

„Impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. Great location. Layout of the building is so weird, it has wasted space which could have been expanded condos. Hence the weirdness of our room with a "private" detached balcony. I had no idea what that was until we saw it. The only way to see the gulf. Also weird when you are sitting their in your underwear and the neighbors are walking by! Also, neighbors were using it one day, so not real "private". The 200 a day "incidental" ...
