« Our stay was incredibly disappointing, to say the least. First of all, the property wasn’t as advertised. The first thing we noticed was that the elevator was out of service. Which was a major factor when booking such a large space with elderly family in our group. When we reached out, the owner knew beforehand it wasn’t working and didn’t communicate that it would be unavailable. There were several locked closets that we think had beach items.
