« Where do I start..I booked this room 6 months in advance for a king with a roll in shower (handicap accessible). I show up and there are none available. Then Garrett (who was fabulous!!) tried to get things worked out. Only to find that a desk manager changed our booking ( without our knowledge) to a queen room!! Nope, not for us!! « The room was okay but there was no wifi available which really sucked. Went to the front desk and he said because they were so full there wasn't enough bandwidth. Therefore, after a long 4-hour driving and wanting to just relax and watch TV, we couldn't because the TV ran off of wifi which we also couldn't really use our phones as well. Breakfast was good. When the lady at checkout asked how our stay was and I told her about the wifi, she said nothing. An apology would have been nice. Oh...
