« First, we got a room with a noisy bathroom exhaust fan. We reported it and had to call many times and wait in total for almost 1 hour until someone arrive with a new fan. We asked for a new room because they will take some time to replace the fan and we wanted to take a shower soon. Why didn't they just offered us a new room from the beginning instead of making the guest waiting??? The new room is the same type on the upper floor. « The hotel was fine for a cheap family stay. It was absolutely crowded though. And breakfast was depleted when we arrived. Not even butter for toast or orange juice or cups for tea. It was holiday season and they were trying there best. The pool was full so we didn’t use and people were falling over as it was so wet. « Worst hotel experience we have had in Indonesia. Bath leaked on the floor, strong smell of sewer/sewer gas in bathroom and room, dirty crib mattress and crib.
