„This cabin was wonderful! for such a good price I didn't anticipate the location to be as amazing as it was. Close to all the hiking and kayaking, but so secluded up on a mountain. Timmy was so responsive but gave us full privacy. An outdoor heater that worked AMAZING and feeding the donkeys were extra perks. “

„Lovely place to stay! We were there for three nights. It’s a decidedly tiny place that’s ideally suited for one or two adults, but my wife and I and our two 6-year-old kids were quite comfortable in the space and quite pleased with the experience. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and having ponies and goats and turkeys just a stone’s throw from our front door was a fun addition.“

„The property was easy to find and very convenient to retail and restaurants. Everything was very clean. Bed was comfortable and all the amenities ( towels, shampoo, coffee, etc) were nice quality. Super quiet. Host was available and friendly. Highly recommend. Much better choice than nearby hotels.“

„The Carlisle Inn was booked for my 3 night retreat stay, so this enabled me to find this perfectly quiet cottage close by. While I was only there at the end of the evening to sleep, the cottage was a nice and peaceful place to come to. I loved the scripture themed decor throughout the house, and I was grateful to the owner for allowing me to check in early to rest before the retreat began. „Great location with no one around. Very private with lots of wildlife around. The cottage was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with anything needed to prepare meals. My wife loved the cottage because everything was built low. She is only 5’ tall. The only thing I would warn about is the shower is plumbed backwards with the cold arrow being hot water and hot arrow being cold. Overall it was a nice stay and we would rent again if in this area. “

„The property was mostly as represented on the VRBO listing.It was pretty clean (some of the area rugs needed to washed or vacuumed and some of the floor hadn't been swept.) There was plenty of light, both natural and lighting in the cottage. The location was secluded and private. I didn't like that how far from things didn't seem accurately represented. „House was perfect. Clean and cozy. Outside of house different story. Lots of weeds and not country setting like described. Take the 130 I paid for the night and invest in a weed eater and the place would be perfect. As always we made the best of it and had a blast at the Bigfoot festival “
