A functional second-floor 1BR featuring twin beds, cold AC, and 50 +Mbps fiber Wi-Fi. The space includes a kitchen for light meal prep and a living area with a Smart TV and futon. Guests have access to a secure building with a rooftop lounge and dipping pool (40 cm), all within walking distance of local transport and dining.

Our dedicated online staff responds online to messages between 9 AM and 10 PM. Our cleaning and maintenance staff is available most days from 9am - 5 PM.

We love the neighborhood, as it is safe and easy but not touristy. It is an easy walk to the beach and 5th Ave. Close to Paseo del Carmen, the international shopping & restaurant plaza on the south end of 5th Avenue, next to the Cozumel Pier.

This second-floor apartment is designed for guests who prioritize a secure, welcoming environment with a local feel. The bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and air conditioning, while the living space offers a futon, Smart TV, and high-speed 50 Mbps internet, making it a reliable choice for remote work.

The kitchen provides the necessary basics for preparing light meals at your own pace. For relaxation, the building features a shared rooftop deck with hammocks, lounge chairs, and a 40cm shallow dipping pool—perfect for cooling off and soaking up the breeze. Please keep in mind the pool is intended for dipping rather than swimming.

Located just outside the high-traffic tourist district, the building offers a quieter atmosphere while remaining close to authentic shops and public transit. We make long-term stays easy and affordable by including all utilities—electricity, water, and Wi-Fi—along with two complimentary cleanings per month for our monthly guests.

From this location, everything you need is within walking distance. If you have a car, there is parking available, 5 spaces in front of the building, and street parking street as well. Taxis are very easy to get from this central location. The ADO bus station is only 8 blocks away.

Check in is 24 hours, after 3pm on your first day of rental. You will have a code and let yourself into your condo (provided in our arrival instructions) as soon as you arrive. No waiting for anyone!

We sell 5 gallon tanks of drinking water for 50 pesos or $3 USD.

Free street parking is available.

Rooftop hours are 8am - 10pm

Additionally, extra services such as cleaning, extra towels, and changing of sheets or towels are not included but can be arranged for an additional charge upon request.
