« We arrived early in the day from our flight and the reception and housekeeping team were more than accommodating and worked to get a room ready for check in well before check in time! The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently right next to a Starbucks. We walked downtown every day for lunch or dinner. Would stay again! »

« Clean, comfortable. Breakfast was good, above average, and the coffee was the best I have had in any hotel. »

« Looked ok by the photos but upon arriving, the location of this hotel was super sketchy, homeless people everywhere outside and did not feel safe for my family to stay at. Luckily Expedia was kind enough to help us cancel our reservation here and stay somewhere else! »

« Mary the worker who cleaned the pool area was very helpful and kind. She let the kids have some pool toys because we had forgotten ours. Give Mary a raise! »

« The property is quite dated. The lobby area was dark with dim lighting. The room was dingy though it was fairly clean. Not a homey atmosphere. »

« While the property was clean, it looked a little outdated but, to us, all the HIG properties look the same. Other than that our room was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat in the area and DoorDash was available. Avoid the Golden Corral just down the street from the hotel. It is awful! It’s dirty and expensive with a minimally attentive staff. »

« Property is not well maintained. Amenities are minimal. Breakfast options low quality are r little offered. Pool is isolated across parking lot next to a dive-bar. If you need a quick stop for sleep on a long trip and you have little care about the stay this might suit you, but for the price per night there are many better nearby options. »

« Breakfast was great! Staff were friendly and professional. Room was 5/10 on cleanliness but the bathroom was a 1/10. »

« Our room was super clean and the air conditioning was ice cold. We kept it cool from where we had worked outside all day. The continental breakfast in the morning was great area was clean and maintained well. Food and other breakfast items were kept stocked up very well nice lady working in the area talking to customers. I’ll be staying there again. »
