Super hôtel très propre, restaurant moins sympa
Hôtel récent, très propre, personnels professionnels. Bons Points : -prêt du centre 3-5 min à pieds -propreté -calme -anglais courant - ++ salle de sport - Maria-Mariha-Mariya au Spa et de très bons conseils Fitness et fait des massages tonic exceptionnelle. 2 points moins sympa : - la qualité des repas n’est pas exceptionnel mais mangeable hormis les Pizza très bonne. -la « responsable de salle » elle m’installe à côté du diffuseur de parfums du restaurant ( vous connaissez votre restaurant ? ) impossible de l’interceptée pour changer de table j’ai donc préféré manger vite et chaud. Niveau conseils ne lui demander aucune recommandation pâte, pizza ect. Je lui ai demandé conseil elle m’as répondu « prends ce que tu veux juste choisis  » Mais en dehors des 2 petits points du restaurant, je recommande cette hôtel, j’y retournerai en famille.

hotel nuevo en al lado casco antiguo cerca de todos los lugares históricos. Muy buenas y cómodas habitaciones. Solo que no recomiendo la primera planta ya que atraviesas la sala de conferencia, que estaba a tope, para llegar a las habitaciones

Niet boeken
Hotel zeer centraal gelegen. Prima Spa en ook het ontbijt is zeer goed. Vriendelijk personeel aan de balie. De housekeeping en hierdoor de hygiëne van het hotel, was waardeloos. Aan de receptie moeten vragen of er überhaupt iemand tijd had om onze kamer schoon te maken en schone handdoeken te brengen. Water koker op de kamer was kapot en hierdoor geen mogelijkheid om koffie/thee te zetten. Verschillende keren aangegeven aan de receptie zonder goede afloop. Douche bij zowel de sauna als gym erg slecht bijgehouden, ook als eerste klant van de dag had je te maken met lange haren overal op de vloer. Geen 4 sterren waard en vooral de naam “Hilton” is erg misleidend

This is an excellent hotel. Everything about it was first class. Extra special mention must go to all the staff who were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful to us during our stay. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Best hotel in Plovdiv?
Amazing hotel, insanely good price/quality ratio. Good location, very clean and big rooms, super friendly and helpful staff, nice saunas. Only small downside was the Italian restaurant, it’s pretty much the 3,7 stated on Google. Otherwise breakfast was also great.

A pleasant stay at this business like hotel. We were made very welcome by the staff. Our highlights were the buffet breakfast. The accommodation is 5 minutes walk to the old ancient city and very close to the ancient amphitheater.

The team did a lot of efforts to find the best accommodations set up for our family. Highly appreciated. The hotel is brand new and very nicely decorated.
