Dear Celia,We are sincerely sorry that you had a bad experience. As indicated, we try in earnest to represent our villas in a true and fair manner. All images and text describing our villas represent what you receive. The very steps that you speak about was depicted in the image gallery on Expedia as you can see. We also indicated in the description that the bedroom is on an upper level. With regards to security, our Villa Representative lives on site at the Gate House. We also have cameras and alarm system. And the very chains and padlocks you speak of are part of our security system. As you can appreciate, we are not a hotel but a villa, and keys are handed over on arrival. We do have parking facilities. And the said villa has a kitchenette with microwave oven, refrigerator, tea kettle and a full set of cutlery, dishes, glasses and utensils. Plus, as indicated in our description on Expedia, there is also a fully equipped kitchen that is shared. All of this information is provided in the amenities and descriptions. Also, as indicated in the amenities on Expedia, we are not an accessible property. We are unable to cater to persons with certain disabilities. In addition, we offered to relocate you to 3 additional villas / suites. One of which was of a greater value. Again, we are deeply sorry that you had a bad experience.
