„Beautiful gardens! The restaurant was delicious and the free breakfast was amazing! A safe and beautiful spot to stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly. One worker helped pump up our tire with his air compressor in the morning.“

„Really exceptionnal location ! The lake can be your pool. Magical !! Only thing the isolation is not good. So next day it was not possible to have a nap. Other than that, be prepare to pay by cash. “

„View from room was disappointing: You see only small part of the lake-no volcanos- room is nice but noz worth to climb up 175 steps. From restaurant you see one volcano, restaurant is nice and good.“

„Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, ready upon arrival. Location is very good.“

„This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English.
