Make your stay effortless with optional fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, & catering for the ultimate getaway. Guests enjoy two bathrooms equipped with a bathtub, shower, and bidet, adding a soothing touch to their stay.

Community Registration & Vehicle Passes
All guests must register with Locust Lake Village before check-in. A registration link will be sent after booking.

Failure to register before arrival may result in a $250 fine.

After registration, you will receive an email with a vehicle pass for each registered car. These passes must be printed and displayed on your dashboard before entering the community.

Pellet Stove
For insurance and safety reasons, the pellet stove in the living room is not available for guest use.

About the Community
Our cabin is located in beautiful Locust Lake Village, a private residential community with full-time residents, families, and children. Please help us keep the neighborhood peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.

Quiet Hours
11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
No loud music, yelling, parties, or disruptive behavior.

Parking
Driveway parking only. No street parking, grass parking, or parking in common areas.

Lake & Amenity Access
Rental wristbands are required for all guests age 12 and older when using lakes, beaches, or community amenities.

Beach & Lake Rules
No smoking on beaches.
No dogs on beaches or picnic areas.
Please clean up after yourself.
Swimming is at your own risk when lifeguards are off duty.

Campfires
Campfires are allowed only when no burn ban is active. Fires must remain small and always be supervised by an adult.

IMPORTANT: You must call the Rangers before starting any fire.

Fireworks
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate fines starting at $300 with no warning.

Vehicles & Recreation
ATVs and UTVs are not permitted. Rental guests may not bring rented golf carts into the community.

Fishing
Fishing is allowed in the lakes. Pennsylvania law requires anyone age 16+ to have a valid fishing license. Licenses can be purchased online or at Pocono Boat House.

Trash
Please remove all trash from inside the cabin, including anything left in the refrigerator.
Do not leave trash outside, in the garage, or on the deck, as bears and wildlife are active in the area.

All trash must be bagged in kitchen trash bags and taken to the community trash compactor located at:
202 Martha’s Lane
Locust Lake Village

Please make sure to display the trash/parking pass when using the compactor.

If you have recycling (paper, metal, or glass), please place it in the designated recycling compactor. Please do not place plastic trash bags in the recycling bins.

If the trash facility is closed on your checkout day, please take your trash the day before checkout if possible.
