In the winter we have three major mountains for the ski and snowboard enthusiasts: Jack Frost, Camelback, and Shawnee mountains, all within 10 miles away. While you’re here, be sure to check out some of the Pocono Mountain's fantastic hiking trails which also offer horseback riding. If you’re visiting during the summer, the golfing is fantastic, with Jack Frost Golf Club and Split Rock Country Club just a short drive away. The Pocono mountains also has plenty of options for dining, bar-hopping, quaint coffee shops and Mt Airy Casino for you risk takers who love to gamble—it really is the quintessential mountain town. Arrowhead Lake offers 4 beaches and 3 pools in the community where there is endless fun swimming, fishing, kayaking, and playing sports like tennis, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, bocci ball, and much more.
